You can upload your posts and videos and even embed videos!

Adding content

  •  Click the "Add+" button at the top, and you can upload three types of content. 
    • You can upload a new video by clicking "Upload a video."  
    • If you choose [Embed YouTube/Twitch], you may import videos currently being played on YouTube and Twitch.
    • You can upload content in texts and images by clicking "Post."
  • When uploading new content without specifying if it's paid content or not, a new post notification e-mail will be sent to all members as soon as it is posted. However, for scheduled content, the new post notification e-mail will not be sent.

Managing content

  • You can check the display status, last modified time, views, comments, and reactions of the uploaded content.
  • To modify or delete the uploaded content, hover your mouse over the title, and an icon will appear.
  • To pin the uploaded content at top of the service, or to group various content into one section, go to Content > Content Home. You can make the changes in this menu.

Editing Star Posts

  • Star Posts can be uploaded in the service homepage, not in the b.stage management display. However, you can delete or modify in the content menu.
  • To modify or delete the Star Posts, hover your mouse over the title in the content list, and an icon will appear.
  •  You can add images and video files.
    • Up to 10 images can be attached at once, and the available formats are PG, PNG, GIF, and HEIC.
    • As for videos, you can only attach one video. The available formats are MP4 and MOV. 
  • When you upload several images at once, the first one will be set as the main image.
  • As for the videos, the system will automatically extract several images from it.
    • Among them, the first image will automatically be assigned as the main image. 
    •  If you wish to change the main image, you can simply select the one you prefer.


▶ Star Posts detailed settings

  •  Click the "Show more" button to see the status of the Star Posts in more detail.
  • Click "Tags" to enter the tags related to the video.
    • You can use tags to classify your content or for SEO of external search engines.
  • Click "Comments" to enable or disable the comments in the corresponding video.
    • In case you wish to restrict comments, please select one among the choices: "One comment per user," "One comment per day," and "Off."
    • In case you wish to enable comments without any restrictions, please click the "in use" to deactivate the feature and click the "Apply" button.
  • You can change the display status of the Star Posts. Please click "display status." 
    • To publish the content at the time of your preference, please click "Set the time to make public" and select the date and hour in the calendar. The start post will be published at the scheduled time.
    • To set the time you wish the Star Post to go down, please enable the "Set last display date" and select your preferred date and time. 
  •  Once you are done with the settings, please click the "Register" button at the bottom right.


Uploading video content

  • Please click the "Add+" button at the top right of the content page and select the "Upload a video."
  • Please select the video file you wish to upload. 
    • The maximum file size is 5 GB, and MP4 and MOV formats are supported. We recommend the video to be in 1080p to ensure video quality.
  • You can also separately set the thumbnail of your video. If not, the system will automatically produce its thumbnail. 
    • The recommended size is 1280*720px (16:9 Ratio), and the supported formats are JPG, PNG, GIF, and HEIC. We recommend the size to be no more than 10 MB.
    • To edit or delete the thumbnail image, you can click the pencil or trash bin icon that appears when you hover your mouse on the image.


▶ Setting the title and subtitles for your video 

  • You can set the title and the description of your videos. 
    • In case you have selected more than one service language, please click "Multilingual Settings" and write the description in all of the languages you have selected. If left blank, it will be shown only in the default language.
    • You can enter up to 150 characters for your title and 5,000 characters for your description.
  • As for the subtitles, you can upload as many as 5 languages (Korean, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and English). 
    • Please select the languages of your choice and upload the subtitle files correspondingly.
    • The subtitle format should be in SRT. The maximum size for the file is 5 MB.


▶ Video settings

  • Click the "Show more" button to see the status of the videos in more detail.
  • Click "Tags" to enter the tags related to the video.
    • You can use tags to classify your content or for SEO of external search engines.
  • Click "Comments" to enable or disable the comments in the corresponding video.
    • In case you wish to restrict comments, please select one among the choices: "One comment per user," "One comment per day," and "Off."
    • In case you wish to enable comments without any restrictions, please click the "in use" to deactivate the feature and click the "Apply" button.
  • You can change the display status of the videos. Please click "display status." 
    • To publish the content at the time of your preference, please click "Set the time to make public" and select the date and hour from the calendar icon. The video will be published at the scheduled time.
    • To set the time you wish the video to go down, please enable the "Set last display date" and select your preferred date and time.
  • Once you are done with the settings, please click the "Register" button at the bottom right.


▶ Uploading a Video

  • In case you need to leave the page while encoding your video, you can simply click the "Save temporarily" button. Once the encoding is done, an email will be sent to you, notifying you about the completion.
  •  Once you are done with the upload, please click the "Register" button at the top right.


Embed a video

  • Please click the "Add+" button at the top right of the content page and select the "Embed a video." 
  • Please enter the URL you want to embed. YouTube and Twitch are supported. YouTube Shorts can also be embedded.
    • Please enter the URL that begins with https://youtu.be or https://www.twitch.tv.  
    • Once video embedding is successful, it will appear on the video display. 
  • You can also separately set the thumbnail of your video. If not, the system will automatically produce its thumbnail. 
    • We recommend you to select the thumbnail yourself because the videos that start with a black screen will automatically designate the black screen as their thumbnails.
    • The recommended size is 1280*720px (16:9 Ratio), and the supported formats are JPG, PNG, GIF, and HEIC. We recommend the size to be no more than 10 MB. 
    • To edit or delete the thumbnail image, you can click the pencil or trash bin icon that appears when you hover your mouse on the image.

Uploading posts

  • Please click the "Add+" button at the top right of the content page and select "Post."
  •  You can write the title, subtitle, and its content for the post. 
    • In case you have selected more than one service language, please click the "Add a language+" button on the right, and you can enter all the items in the corresponding languages.
    •  You can enter up to 30 characters for your title and 60 characters for your subtitle.
  • To change the line, please click the line break icon located at the top right.
  • You can also add links and attachments. 
    • To edit the text, please click left in the "Enter your post here" area.
    • Copy and paste the YouTube link in the body to automatically embed this video.
    • Drag the content you wish to edit to call up the edit function that allows you to change the text color or highlight color.


▶ Post image settings

  • Click the mountain icon located at the top right to upload the main image for your post. 
    • When uploading an image, you can expand, minimize, rotate, mirror, or flip the photo you wish to upload, and you can drag and crop out the portion you wish to display.
    • The recommended size is 1280*720px (16:9 Ratio), and the supported formats are JPG, PNG, and GIF. The size limit is 10 MB.
  • You can search for images and add the main image through "Unsplash" by clicking the [Upload Image] icon in the upper right corner.
  • You can also click the "Unsplash" icon in the bottom tool to search for images and add images to body content.
    • "Unsplash" is a free, copyrighted, high-resolution photo site.
  • After uploading the image, you can delete the image at any time by clicking [Delete].

  • You can change the display status of the posts. Please click "display status." 
    • To publish the content at the time of your preference, please click "Set the time to make public" and select the date and hour from the calendar icon. The video will be published at the scheduled time.
    • To set the time you wish the posts to go down, please enable the "Set the last date for display" and select your preferred date and time.
    • When creating a new post, if there is no additional input for 3 seconds or more, the changes will be saved automatically.
  • Once you are done with the settings, please click the "Register" button at the top right.
  • If you have uploaded the title image, you can find that image on the left. (Please refer to the attached screenshot below). If you wish to upload the different image as a thumbnail, then click the image (highlited with a red border 👇)

  • If you have not uploaded the title image, you would find default image on the left. (Please refer to the attached screenshot below). Click on the default image to add the thumbnail image you want.

  • After adding a thumbnail image, you can upload a new file or immediately replace it with the previously uploaded title image via a 'pencil' and 'replacement icon' that appears when mouseover.
