b.stage Sign in

Please open space through b.stage.If you do not have an account yet, please create an account by clicking [Build your platform] on the b.stage website. If you already have an account, please open space after logging in.

b.stage Sign up

  • E-mail: Please enter an e-mail address that you will use as an ID.
  • Password: Your password must contain at least 8 letters and must be a combination of English letters, numbers, and special characters.
  • Confirm Password: Please enter the password that you entered once again.
  • Account Information: Please enter your name and cell phone number.
  • b.stage Language Preference: Once you select one language between Korean and English, the b.stage platform will be provisioned to the language you have selected.
    • Service language on the management page may be changed at any time. After logging on b.stage, select Profile in the upper right corner, and click [Account Settings] to adjust the [Language Preference].
  • Agree to Terms of Service: Please review the required and optional terms of service and click the checkbox. 
  • Once the checkbox has been filled, the sign-up button will become available. Next, please click [Next].
  • A verification code will be sent to the e-mail address you have entered. Input the verification code that you have received to finish the sign-up process.


My stage

  • Once sign-up is complete, please log in using the ID and password that you have entered.
  • Please click [Create Stage] to access b.stage Services.
  • You can only create up to 3 stages.
    • If you need more help, please review the guide by clicking [See Help].

 Create the Stage

  • Enter a stage ID that you want to use.
    • Stage ID must be two letters or longer with a combination of lowercase letters, numbers and '-'(dash) and an alphabet or a number must be entered as the first character.
    • Be careful when you create a stage ID as it will be processed the same as the domain name and you cannot change it later.
  • Once you completed all the required fields, please click [Create Stage].
  • It may take 1 to 2 minutes for the creation process to complete.
  • Please enter basic information to create a stage.


Setup for stage

  • Country Settings: Enter the name of the country where the individual or business is located. Selected country information will be reflected on the "payment method" options later.
  • Basic
    •  Select country: Please confirm the country where the individual is located once again. Please note that this selection will impact 'payment method" options.
    • The Republic of Korea - In the case of an individual (non-business owner)
      • Business Registration: If you are an individual (non-business owner), please click [No], then click [Next]. You can sign up as an individual (non-business owner) and then adjust to the business owner at a later date.
      • Client Information: Please enter the name of the company, the name of the representative, and the date of birth. If you are an individual (non-business owner), the name of the company will be used in terms of services and footers. Enter any name you want, check the check box to consent, then click [Next].
    • The Republic of Korea - In the case of business owner/corporation
      • Business Registration: If you are a business owner, please click [Yes, I am a business owner], then click [Next].
      • Business Information: Please enter the name of the business, the name of the representative, the business registration number, business address and postal code. Please enter the same information on your business license.
    • Outside the Republic of Korea - if you are an individual (non-business owner), business owner or corporation
      • Individual (Non-business owner): Please enter the name of the company, the name of the representative, the address of the business, and the postal code.
      • Business Owner/Corporation: Please enter the name of the business, the name of the representative, the business registration number, business address and postal code. 
  • Additional information
    • Select domain category: Please select your primary field, then enter the social network channel you are currently active as well as the contents.
    • At least one and up to 3 Social Network Channels (Instagram, blog, YouTube, Twitch, etc) and contents URL may be entered.
  • Website Setting
    • Title Settings: The title is the information used when searched in the portal or site address is shared. The default value is DomainID.
    • Password Settings: The site will open in private mode until the preparation is complete and it is accessible when you enter the password you designated.
    • Screen Mode Settings: Please select a screen mode that suits your logo and brand color. You can choose between light mode or dark mode. If you select the system mode, it will be configured based on the display settings of the user on the service page.  
    • Top Home Menu: Please proceed with the following configurations to create your brand cover.
      • Only use text: Please enter the text you want into [Title]. Please enter the text in the language appropriate for the country the site is provisioned.
      • Only use log image: Please upload the logo that you want to use. (Recommended size is 600px or larger in width; fitted PNG without blank space in the logo. Images up to 5MB in size are supported.)
      • Use logo image and text: Please upload the logo you want to use, then enter the text on the [Title]. (Recommended size is 600px or larger in width; fitted PNG without blank space in the logo. Images up to 5MB in size are supported.)
    • Favicon: This is the representing icon that is shown in the address bar of your web browser. The mode changes depending on the system setting of the user. Make sure you check before you save. (Recommended size is 32*32px, PNG and ICO format Images up to 5MB in size are supported.)
    • Brand Color: The color that best represents the service brand is used throughout the display, including buttons. We recommend using a color that suits best your logo. Also, saturated colors are recommended to make it stand out.
    • Language selection: Currently, only Korean and English are supported, but additional options will be added later. Please select all the languages that you want to support on your site. You cannot delete the language after the site opens, so please make your selection carefully.
    • Select default language: Among the selected languages, please choose a language that you want to provision as default. The default language cannot be changed after the site opens, so please make your selection carefully.
    • Standard Time Zone: The data is generated based on the time zone that you select Please select the time zone you want to implement, then click [Next].


Opening

  • There are entries that cannot be changed after the site opens. Please carefully review all of your entries and selections carefully.
  • After careful review, check the necessary consent items, then click [Launch Stage].

Onbording

  • All of the work has been done, and you can set up the automatic login into the administration page of b.stage.
  • Please review the notice, and enter additional details into the administration page on b.stage.
  • Please click on the question mark on the bottom right, and review the customer service and the checklist.
