Can you designated banned terms?

Yes, if you make a list of banned terms in [Settings > Banned terms settings], you can prevent the users from using the designated words.   


Banned term guide  

* If you impose the banned terms on nicknames, users may not be able to register nicknames that include the designated banned terms.  

- We recommend imposing the banned term policy on nicknames so that no nickname would duplicate with a star account.  

* If you impose the banned term policies on chats and comments, the banned terms in chats and comments will appear by their replacements.  

- The replacements are snowflake emojis; Any replaced banned term will be actually displayed as ❄︎ to the general users. 

* Each banned term can be up to 20 characters long, and you can register on a word-by-word basis.  

* The banned terms may not contain "(a comma)" and "space".  

* If a listed banned term exceeds the 20 character limit per word, only the first 20 characters will be reflected.   


Imposing banned terms on Nicknames 

* If you wish to register banned terms for use in nicknames, please upload your file.  

- In imposing banned terms on nicknames, click [Download Template file] and complete the file based on the specified form.  

- You can upload a CSV file up to 10 MB in size.  

* If you impose the banned terms on nicknames, users may not register nicknames that include the designated banned terms.  

- We recommend imposing the banned term policy on nicknames so that no nickname would duplicate with a star account.  

* If you wish to change previously registered banned terms, please click on [Replace] to the right side of banned terms.  

- Upload a new file, then the banned term list will be updated.  

If you wish to delete previously registered banned terms, please click on [Delete] to the right side of banned terms.  

- Once removed, it may not be recovered. In case you need to back up the previous file, download your most recent registered file before starting initializing process.
