Shopping Settings (Post-agreement with a payment service agency)

To monetize your own original content, you must first sign up for a payment service. b.stage offers integrated PG services so that all of your fans in Korea and overseas can safely purchase your content and products.

Shopping Basic Settings

  •  When your shopping settings are completed, the SHOP menu will open. Please proceed with shopping basic settings to sell products. 
  •  If you already completed a contract with a payment services agency, please click button [next] under [I already completed an agreement process] section. 
  •  SHOP menu will open after a total of 5 steps. 


▶ SHOP Name

  •  Please enter the name of your SHOP. You may change the SHOP name later. 
  •  If you wish to register multiple languages additionally, please click the pencil icon, which is the "Edit" button, then enter the multi-language name. 


▶ Payment method & Currency

  •  Please select the payment method and currency that your SHOP will implement. You can proceed to the next step only after you complete the setting for one-time payments and recurring payments. 
  •  One-time payment : Contents type for one-time payments includes vouchers for collections, timed license to use (one-time) and general sponsorship products. 
  •  Recurring payments: Subscriptions and recurring sponsorship products are contents type for recurring payments. 
  •  Payment Method Name 
    • This is the name that will appear when a customer selects the actual payment method.
    • For Eximbay, Digital product purchase support credit card and easy-pay options. Please enter the method of payment that will be shown to the customers including credit card and easy pay platforms. 
    • If you wish to register multiple languages additionally, please click the pencil icon, which is the "Edit" button, then enter the multi-language options. 
  •  Precautions 
    • You may enter the message that a customer can see during the payment process. However, the following default text will be provided.
      • If you pay with a currency that differs from the currency that is shown on the product, you may be charged additional fees from the card company.
      • Additional evidence will not be provided aside from the credit card sales receipt for orders that were paid for using a credit card in accordance with relevant laws. Please put in any other special refund policies or other items the customers need to be aware while paying.
    • If you wish to register multiple languages additionally, please click the pencil icon, which is the "Edit" button, then enter the relevant language.
  •  Payment Currency Settings 
    • Please select only the currency you have selected on the agreement with Eximbay. You may not change the used currency after the SHOP opened, so please ensure that you selected the correct option. 
  •  MID, Secret Key 
    • Please enter the MID and Secret Key provided by Eximbay in the corresponding fields.


▶ Exchange Rate Settings 

  • Please set up the exchange rate to support the payment currency that you have selected.
  • How to set the exchange rate: the platform only supports manual exchange rates at this time. Please enter the exchange rates manually. 
  • Exchange Rate Settings 
    • Please keep updated in the exchange rate information and be careful in entering the exchange rate to avoid exchange risks due to incorrect entry of the exchange rate.
    • If the base currency is KRW, please enter the value of KRW against 1USD. 
    • You can reduce the spread of exchanging currencies through manually entered exchange rates or fixed prices for each product. 
    • Supported currencies and rounding rules for each currency are provided in the following. (Applied evenly to all product prices and points.) 
      • KRW (₩): shown up to whole numbers (Rounded up from the first decimal place)
      • USD ($) : shown up to the second decimal (Rounded up from the third decimal place) 


▶ Points settings 

  •  Please select whether you want to implement points. 
    • Implementation of Points System may not be altered after the SHOP opens. please make sure that you have selected the correct option. 
  •  If you choose not to implement a points-system, please proceed to request review stage. 
  •  If you choose to implement a points-system, please proceed with points setting steps.
    • The value of points compared to the standard currency is 1 point = 10 KRW, and points may be used in units of 1p 
  •  Name of points
    • This is the name of the points which will be shown to customers. (ex:  b.point) Please enter the name you wish to use. 
    • In using a special character, the name of the point can only contain ".(period)," and space is not allowed. 
    • If you wish to register multiple languages additionally, please click the pencil icon, which is the "Edit" button, then enter the multi-language options. 
  •  Point Units 
    • You may only enter 1 alphabet character.
  •  Basic Earnings Rate Settings 
    • This rate is applied by default each time a product is purchased. (0.1%~99.9%, you may enter up to the first decimal place) 
    • Notwithstanding the basic earnings rate, custom rates may be provided for each product. 
      • Earned points less than 1p will not be accrued. 
      • Earned points in the decimal place will be rounded down. 
  •  Points Expiration Settings 
    • The period is calculated starting from the date the points are earned. 
    • Points validity period may be set by the unit of 1 year, between 1 year and 10 years.
    • Points Expiration Period may not be altered after the SHOP opens. Please make sure that you have selected the correct option. 


▶ Conditions of points usage

  •  The conditions of point usage may not be changed, and they can be used under the following conditions. 
  •  Conditions of points usage
    • Points may only be used in ordering one-time payment-type products. 
    • Points may not be used for ordering recurring payment type vouchers, or recurring sponsorship products. 
    • Points may be used in the units of 1 point. 
    • The total amount of the order may be paid with points discount applied.

▶ Consent Items

  • There are certain items that must be collected when a payment is processed.
  • After viewing the details of [Personal Information Collection and Usage Information] and [Payment Service Usage Terms], click the title.
  • Upon clicking the title section, the details for up to 1 main body will be shown.
  • Once you are finished writing everything, please click the box for [I have checked all details and edits are completed (Required)].


▶ Review Request

  •  After completing all the setting steps above, b.stage performs the final review. 
    • There are items that you may not modify after the SHOP opens. Please confirm thoroughly all information provided is correct before submitting the settings for the final review. 
    • Once the review is finished, we will notify you of the results via e-mail. The e-mail could end up in a junk or spam folder, so please be sure to check the junk or spam inbox as well. 


▶ Cancel Review 

  • If you wish to cancel the final review before it is completed, please click [cancel the review request].
