Reported Comments

You can manage the comments reported by users.

Reported comments

  • Users are allowed to report the comments of other users.
  •  Reported comments can be managed. 
    • For the comments that have been reported but are without any issues, you can change its status to "Public" again.
    • For the comments that have to be blinded, you can change its status to "Hidden" or "Blind."


▶ Comments status 

  • Comments with more than 10 reports are automatically blinded by the system. 
    • To users, the blinded comments will be shown as "This comment has been blinded because it doesn’t follow the community guidelines."
  • Hidden comments are not shown in the service. 
    •  In addition, the replies to the hidden comments are removed from the list as well, and users will not be able to see them.


Reported comments list

  • The reported comments are divided by the following tabs: Displayed (Unprocessed), Blinded, and Hidden.
  • To check whether the reported one is a comment or a reply, you can click the "Comments" and "Reply" tabs below. 
    • "Reply" refers to the response given to a comment. 
  • To search for the email address of the members, please click on the filter on the right.


Managing reported comments

  •  To check a comment in more detail, click on the comment from the list. 
    • To be directed to the content where the comment was made, click on "See comments."
  • To change the display status, click on the status you wish to change into and click on the "Apply" button.
