Adding FAQ

  • To add FAQ, please click the "Add" button at the top right of the FAQ page.
  • Please enter the title and what it is about. 
    • In case you have selected more than one service language, please enter the items in all the languages you have selected. If left blank, it will be shown only in the default language.
    • You can also add links and attachments.
  • To categorize the items, please select the category from "Category." 
    • To add and manage your categories, please go to SPACE > Customer Service Category menu.
  •  You can change the exposure settings. In case you wish a post to be hidden, please disable the button on the right. 
    • A post is visible only when its category is visible. Please make sure that you make the category visible as well to allow users to see the post.  
    • For category settings, please go to SPACE > Customer Service Category menu.

I wish to change my password.
You can change your password at My > Account Information > Change Password. Please make sure that your password is at least eight letters and is a combination of the English alphabet, numbers, and special characters.

Please click on the profile area at the top of the My page. Please be reminded that your nickname and profile image will be shown when you leave a comment.

I wish to delete my account.

Did you experience anything uncomfortable with the service? For any questions or feedback on your user experience, please go to My > Customer Service Center > FAQ. 

Please go to My > Account Information > Delete Account if you wish to delete your account.

I wish to change the system language.
Please click on the profile area at the top in My. Afterward, please select either Korean or English to change the language of the website.
Inquiry
I wish to make an inquiry to the Customer Service Center.
You can check the list of inquiries by going to My > Customer Service Center > FAQ. You can leave a 1:1 inquiry at the bottom of the FAQ document for additional inquiries.

Where can I review the inquiry that I asked about?
Please go to My > Customer Service Center > My Inquiries to check the status and the answer to your previous inquiries.
Notification
I wish to receive a notification when a star uploads a post.

You can receive a notification when a star uploads a new post or makes a comment. Please go to My > Account Information > Notification Settings to customize your notifications. 

The replies made by the stars are notified only to the one who made a comment, so please visit the Star Home often to enjoy all of the comments made by the star.

I am not receiving notification emails.
Please go to My > Account Information > Notification Settings to customize your notifications. In case you do not receive any emails after your changes in the settings, it is likely that they are sent to your spam inbox. Please make sure that you check your spam inbox.

I wish to stop receiving notification emails.
Please go to My > Account Information > Notification Settings to deactivate your notifications, and you will no longer receive any emails.

How much is 1 point? 

In case the basic currency is KRW, please use the sentences below.

The value of the point (Please change to the point name you are using) and basic currency is 1p (Please change to the point name you are using) = 10KRW, and you can use it in 1p (Please change to the point name you are using) unit. 


In case the basic currency is, please use the sentences below.

The value of the point (Please change to the point name you are using) and basic currency is 1p (Please change to the point name you are using) = 0.01USD, and you can use it in 1p (Please change to the point name you are using) unit. 


To check the points you are currently holding, please go to My.

Can I choose the currency when I am making payments?
Please go to My > Currency to select the currency to be applied when you are making payments. Once you change the currency, the prices of products will be changed accordingly, and your payments will be made in the currency of your choice. Please select the currency of your choice and click on the Save button.

How do I check my order history?
Please go to My Vouchers > My Purchase History to check the history of your purchases. You can check the orders in detail if you click on each order.

I want to know my payment methods.
For vouchers and sponsorships, you can use your credit card or easy payment methods (Kakao Pay / Naver Pay / Toss / Payco). However, for subscription vouchers and recurring subscriptions, you can use your credit card only.

I cannot pay with my points.
Most of the products can be purchased with your points. However, points may not be used when ordering recurring payment vouchers or recurring sponsorship products.

Can non-members make an order?
No, only members can make orders. Please create an account first before you make your orders.

I wish to check the date of my next recurring payment.
Please go to My > Order History to check the date you will be billed. Please check the product of the recurring payment and the next billing date shown below.

I wish to see the expiration date of the voucher.
Please go to My > Order History to check the expiration date. Please check the product and the estimated expiration date or the expiration date shown below.
Cancellation / Exchange / Refund
I wish to cancel my recurring payment / recurring sponsorship products.
Please go to My > Order History to do so. Please click on the Cancel Recurring Payment button of the product you wish to cancel.
Cancellation / Exchange / Refund
I purchased a voucher, but I wish to cancel it.

In case the order status is Completed, you can go to My > Order History and cancel it directly. 

However, if you have seen content or seven days have passed since the Completed status, the purchase will be changed to Confirmed status and will not be available for cancellation by going to My > Order History. In this case, please go to My > Customer Service Center to inquire about your cancellation.

I cannot see my comments.
If you have commented using words that cannot be used, others may have reported your comments to be under a temporary screening. Please contact the Customer Service Center for to know more why your comments have been blinded or hidden.

How do I see the posts of a certain star only?
Please click on the star profile located at the top of HOME to check the posts of the star you have clicked.

Can I share content?
For content that can be shared, you can copy its link. In mobile, please click on the share icon at the top or the three-dot icon at the bottom right to create a copy of the link. You can share the content via the copied link.

I wish to report an inappropriate comment.
You can personally report comments that disparage others or contain curse words or promotional contents. Please click on the dotted icon on the right in the comment or reply and click on the Report button.  It will be blinded or hidden after an administrator review.

Can I change the subtitle language?
When watching video content, please click on the gear icon at the top right. And select the language of your choice.


Editing and deleting FAQ

  • Click on the FAQ you wish to edit in the FAQ page, and you will be directed to the edit page. 
    • Once you are done, please click the "Apply" button at the top right.
  • Click on the FAQ you wish to delete in the FAQ page, and you will be directed to the delete page. 
    • Click on the button with three dots at the top right. And click "Delete" to delete it.
    •  Deleted FAQ may not be restored.


Setting Key FAQ

  • Among the FAQ you have created, you can select one you wish to have appear to the users first.
  • In the FAQ page, please register the FAQs you want to set as key FAQ.
  • Once you are done, please click "Key FAQ" at the top right of the FAQ page. 
    • Once the window is open, select from the ones on the left you wish to transfer to key FAQ.
    • You can select as many as 30 key FAQ.
    • Once you are done, please click the "Apply" button at the top right.
  • To make changes to the existing key FAQ, please click "Key FAQ Settings." 
    • To make changes in the selected ones in the list on the right, please hover your mouse on the FAQ and change its order or delete it.
    • Once you are done, please click the "Apply" button at the top right.


Making changes by batch

  • You can change the status of existing FAQ to Delete, Public, and Hidden all at once.
  • Simply check the left boxes of the items you wish to change at once, and options will appear on top. 
    • To delete, please click the "Delete" button. Please be careful as you may not restore the deleted ones.
    • To show, please click the "Public" button.
    • To hide, please click the "Hidden" button.
