Here, you can check your members list and manage the member information in detail. Plus, you can also authorize members to upload Star Posts!

Members list

  •  Members are categorized into All Members, General, Star, Admin, and New tabs. Click on each tab to quickly see information on the corresponding members. If you click on the New Members tab, you can see a list of members who joined within the last 7 days.
  • To search for the email address of the members, please click the filter on the right.
  • You can also check the account status in the first column of the list, "Account status." 
    • "Active" accounts refer to members who are in your service without any restrictions.
    • "Blocked" accounts refer to members who are temporarily suspended from logging into the service for their violation of the community policy.
    •  "Inactive" accounts refer to members who have not signed in for a year and more. Their information are stored separately, and they must follow several steps to remove their inactive status. 


Separation of authority based on role assignment 

  • The authority of a member is classified as [Member], [Star], and [Operator]. 
  •  [Star] and [Operator] may see paid content and exclusive membership content without having to purchase a membership or voucher.
    • Content can also be viewed before the paid content usage period or after the usage period ends.
    • The [Join Membership], [Purchase Voucher] button area and [You are currently enjoying benefits through a membership/voucher!] area are not shown differently from existing [members].
    • It is possible for them to purchase memberships and vouchers.
  • Permissions according to each role are as follows.
    • Member: May add, modify, delete or add a reaction to a comment or reply, and may report another member's comment or reply.
    • Star: In addition to the authority of a member, the Star class may post a star-post.
    • Operator: In addition to the authority of a member, an operator may directly [Blind], [Hide] or [Pin to the top] another member's posts. 


Assigning the role of operator

 When you click on the e-mail address of a member you wish to confirm the assignment of a star role in member management list, you will be redirected to the member details page. 

  •  Please click on [Change role] on the upper righthand side corner of the detailed member information. 
    • Please select [Operator] among the available roles, then click [Apply]. 
  • Once the role of an operator has been assigned successfully, the role indicated in the member management list will change from [Member] to [Operator]. 


Giving Star Roles

  • Click the email to change the role to "star" in the list. You will be directed to the Member Details page.
  • Click the "Show More" button at the top right and the "Change Role" button. 
    • Among the roles, please select "Star" and click the "Apply" button. 
      • Once you have successfully change the role, the member’s role in the list will change from "Members" to "Star." 

 Star Role limits

  • The number of members you can assign Star Roles to varies depending on your plan.  
    • For b.stage essential, only 1 member can be assigned a Star Role.
    • For the standard plan, you can assign up to 3 members.
    • To assign Star Roles to more than 3 members, please contact the Customer Service to change your plan.


Checking members details info

  • Click the email of the member to see more information. You will be directed to the Member Details page.
  • In the Sign up info, you can see the basic information, language settings, and agreement to receiving marketing information.
    • From the member overview, you can review the current status of a member, role, date of joining and points available for shopping, and you can directly issue and withdraw the points by clicking [issue/withdraw].
  •  In the Member overview, you can check the status, role, and sign up date of the member. 
    • "Active" accounts refer to members who are in your service without any restrictions.
    • "Blocked" accounts refer to members who are temporarily suspended from logging into the service for their violation of the community policy.
    • "Inactive" accounts refer to members who have not signed in for a year and more. Their information are stored separately, and they must follow several steps to remove their inactive status.
  • To leave a note about the member, please click the "Leave a note" button at the top right.
    • The note can be viewed only in the Administrator page. It will not be shown to the member.    
  •  By clicking [View Order History (New Window)] in order to review order information, you will be redirected to the order history of the selected member. 
    • The order history may only be reviewed once the Shop has been created. 


▶  Blocking members

  • You can block a member in the Member Details page. 
    • Please make sure you understand that the blocked member will not be able to sign in to their account. However, the user information will not be discarded but stored.
  • Click the "Show More" button at the top right and the "Block account" button. 
    • To block the account, please click "Block" in the pop-up window.
  • Once the member is blocked successfully, the account status of the member will change from "Active" to "Blocked."


▶  Unblocking members

  •  To unblock the blocked member, please go to the Member Details page.
  • Click the "Show More" button at the top right and the "Unblock account" button. 
    • To unblock the account, please click "Unblock" in the pop-up window.
  • Once the member is unblocked successfully, the account status of the member will change from "Blocked" to "Active."

 

▶ Deleting members

  • If a member requested to delete their account, please go to Member Details page to process it. 
    •  Please be careful as deleted accounts may not be restored.  
  • Click the "Show More" button at the top right and then the "Delete account" button. 
    • To process it, please click the "Remove" button in the pop-up window.
  • Once the account is deleted successfully, the account will appear as deleted in the list.


▶ 1:1 Inquiry history list  

  • You can check the inquiries your members have left in the Member Details page.
  • To check the inquiry in more detail, please click it to be directed to its page.
  • You can deal with the 1:1 Inquiry from the Member Details page as well. 
    • To take action on several inquiries at once, simply check the boxes on the left.
    • Afterward, select the action you wish take on them, which are at the top right: Change person in charge, Add tag, Change reply status, and Post reply.


▶ 1:1 Inquiry history 

  • Please check the left box of the inquiry you wish to take action. Various actions will appear in the top menu: Change person in charge, Add tag, Change reply status, and Post reply.
  • To assign a person in charge for the inquiry, please click "Change person in charge." 
    • To assign the inquiry to my account, please click "Assign to me."
  • To assign tags to the inquiry, please click "Add tag." 
    • The tags will conveniently appear in the inquiry list. You do not have to go to the details page. However, please note that single settings are not available for numbers, hyphens, and underscores when setting up tags. (Ex: #123, #- , #_ etc.)
  • To save the changed reply status, please click "Change reply status."     
    •  Please select on among the "Unread," "Processing," and "Answered" and click the "Save" button.
  • To reply several inquiries at once, please click "Post reply." 
    • If the reply is final and ready to be posted, please check the "Reply and change the inquiry status to following." Afterward, change the status to "Answered."


▶Issuing and withdrawing points

  •  Please click on [Issue/withdraw points] on the upper righthand side corner to issue or withdraw points from a member. 
    • Points may only be used if the points implementation settings have been completed when the Shop is being created. 
  • You can add points if [Issue +] is active. you can deduct points by activating [Withdraw -]. 


▶Issuing points

  • Please enter the number of points to be issued to the member on the [points to issue] field. The value of points compared to basic currency is 1p = 10KRW.
  • Please select [expiration period] of the points.
    • Expiration period may be set by increments of 1 year up to 10 years. 
  • Please enter the [reason of the issue to be conveyed to the customer (required)]. Please be aware that the message entered in this field is also displayed to the customer. \
    • As the language selected by the customer will be shown, please be advised when entering the message. 
  • If a message is entered in [Comment] field, it will be used for internal management purposes, and the message will not be shown to the customer. 
  • When you completed entering the details of point issuance, please check the [I confirmed the details above and wish to proceed], and finally click on the [issue points] button. 


▶Withdrawing points

  • Referring to the [Withdrawable points] to the righthand side, and please enter the points to withdraw from the customer in the [points to withdraw] field. 
    • The value of points compared to basic currency is 1p = 10KRW. 
  • Please enter the [reason of withdrawal to be conveyed to the customer (required)]. Please be aware that the message entered in this field is also displayed to the customer.
    • As the language selected by the customer will be shown, please be advised when entering the message. 
  • If a message is entered in [Comment] field, it will be used for internal management purposes, and the message will not be shown to the customer. 
  • When you completed entering the details of point withdrawal, please check the [I confirmed the details above and wish to proceed], and finally click on the [withdraw points] button. 


▶Review Points history 

  • Please click on [Points history tab], which is located to the right of [1-on-1 inquiry] tab at the bottom of the member information screen. 
  • You can review the point processing history, date of issuance, expiration period, processing officer, and comments. 
    • If a part of points processing history and comments is cut off from view, hover the mouse cursor to view the full entry. 
  • You can perform quick search through the [Issue/withdraw] and [Officer] filters on the upper righthand side corner.
