A customer who paid through PayPal can't cancel the order.

  1. If the customer is unable to cancel their order directly on the service page or if the order is not canceled on the administration page on b.stage, this may be because there aren't enough funds in the PayPal account.
    1. PayPal charges a cancellation fee of 0.30 USD, so if there aren't enough funds in the PayPal account, the order may not be canceled.
    2. Please contact PayPal and fund the account to cancel the order. Please contact PayPal if you have questions regarding your balance.
  2. Please check if your PayPal account is properly connected to b.stage.
    1. If your PayPal account is not properly connected to your b.stage account, PayPal orders may not be canceled. Please double-check that your account is connected to PayPal. For instructions on how to connect your PayPal account to b.stage, please click on the link.
    2. If the b.stage account is not connected to your PayPal account, you will see [Verify your PayPal e-mail account] on b.stage.
