How to add Shipping Policy??

Manage Shipping Policy must be set up in order to ship tangible products.

You can set your own shipping rates and shipping monetization model, and you can offer international shipping services for fans living abroad.

You can also offer several shipping options that suit different situations for the fans, and the fans can choose the shipping option that works for them. 

  • Manage Shipping Policy: 
    • Click the [Add] button and add a shipping policy for each warehouse. 
    • You must have a warehouse set up in order to add a shipping policy. 
    • You can manage warehouses from SETTINGS > Shopping Settings > Manage Warehouse Locations. You may enter up to 20 warehouses. )
  • Shipping Policy Information: 
    • Default information on shipping policies is only for administrative purposes and will not be shown on the service page. 
      • Name: Please enter the name of the shipping policy.
      • Description: Please enter a brief description of the shipping policy.
      • Warehouse Selection: Please select the warehouse you want from the warehouse list. This may not be changed later on, so please choose carefully.

Shipping Options: 

  • Please enter the shipping options
  • Select an option from "Only domestic", "Only international", or "Domestic and international", then enter additional information.
    • If you will only ship domestically, please select [Only domestic].
    • If you will ship both domestically and internationally, please select [Domestic and International].
    • You may add up to 5 policies for each shipping option. Click [+Add Policy] to add a policy.
  • Basic Information: This part will be shown to customers on the service page. 
    • Option Name: Please enter the name of the shipping option. (Ex: (Standard Shipping, Same-day Shipping, Quick Delivery, etc.)
    • Option Description: Please enter up to 30 characters in the description of the shipping option. (Ex: Free shipping via post office parcel service with the purchase of 30,000 won or more)
    • Estimated Shipping Days: Please enter the number of days that are required for shipping based on business days. You may enter a number that is 1 or higher, and you may enter up to 5 characters. (Ex: 3 days, 5 days, 14 days, etc.) Please enter a conservative estimate based on business days. If the delivery is delayed later than the expected date, this might cause the customer to send you an inquiry.
    • Maximum Shipping Weight: Please enter the maximum weight that can be shipped per shipment. Products that exceed this weight will not be shipped and payments will not be processed.
  • Shipping Fee Discount: To create a shipping fee discount policy, change the [Unsupported] button [Supported]and you will be able to enter additional information.
    • Selecting a discount method: Please select between [Full Discount (Free Shipping)] or [Partial Discount].
    • Minimum order value to receive discount: Please enter the minimum order value for applying the discount.
  • How to Set Up Free Shipping 
    • Select a discount method: Select [Full Discount (Free Shipping)]
    • Minimum order value to apply discount: Please enter the minimum order value that will become the basis for free shipping.  (Ex: To offer free shipping when a customer orders 30,000 won or more, enter 30000)
  •  How to set up free shipping when a customer orders above a certain value
    • Select a discount method: After selecting [Partial Discount], enter the specific purchase amount (Ex: If you want to offer a 2,000 won shipping discount when a customer purchases 50,000 won or more, enter 2000)
    • Minimum order value to apply discount: Please enter the minimum order value that will become the basis for free shipping.  (Ex: If you want to offer a 2,000 won shipping discount when a customer purchases 50,000 won or more, enter 50000)
  • Enter the shipping fee:
  • [1]  If the location is in Korea when setting up b.stage
  • [Domestic Shipping]
    • Domestic Shipping - Set up a single shipping fee
      • Click the pencil icon in [Region Information] to manage the regions, such as the default rates and rates for Jeju, and other isolated mountain or island regions.
      • If you want to charge a flat shipping fee regardless of the conditions, such as shipping weight, you may use this option. (Ex: 3,000 won for default shipping, 5,000 won for shipping to Jeju, 4,000 won for shipping to other isolated mountainous and island regions)
      • Please enter the amount in the standard currency.
  • [International Shipping]
    • If you will be offering international shipping, you may set up the shipping fees in 2 ways.
      • International Shipping - Set up a single shipping fee 
        • Please enter the shipping fee manually for each country.
        • For unsupported countries/states, please leave all price input columns blank.
        • Please enter the amount in the standard currency. (USD = $0.01 units)
        • The United States is fixed to 50 states, and you may not divide up the regions in each state.
      • International Shipping - Set up shipping fees by weight
        • Please manually enter the shipping fee for each country/state according to weight.
        • The United States is fixed to 50 states, and you may not divide up the regions in each state.
        • For unsupported countries/states, please leave all price input columns blank.
        • Please enter the amount in the standard currency. (USD = $0.01 units)
        • The scope of charging the shipping fee is "equal to or higher than" the value in the previous row to "below" the value in this row.
        • The weight can be entered up to 2 decimal points (0.00 kg), and must be entered in the order of lowest number.
        • The last row for weight must be equal to the maximum shipping weight that was entered above (maximum weight that can be shipped (required)).
        • Right-click on the mouse and click [Insert row below] to add a row. If you want to add a row, you may add a row through [Add] and enter the price.
        • Copy-and-paste is supported for shipping fees. If you are using the same value, select the cell you want to copy, hover over it with your mouse, and drag the "+" icon to paste the same value across all cells.
  • [2]  If the location is in the United States when setting up b.stage

  • Domestic shipping within the selected country upon setup - Set up shipping fees by weight
    • Please manually enter the domestic shipping fee that will be charged across the entire country. You may not divide up regions at the moment.
    • Please enter the amount in the standard currency. (USD = $0.01 units) You may only enter numbers for the shipping fee.
