「事業者名を入力してください！」（以下「会社」という。）が運営する「サービス名を入力してください！」（以下「サービス」という。）は、様々な会員が共存して相互にコミュニケーションする空間です。 [サービス名を入力してください！]コミュニティガイドラインは、自由で健康的なコミュニティを作成するために用意されています。
そのコミュニティガイドラインの内容は、サービス内のすべてのコンテンツ（文字、画像、リンクなど）に適用され、すべてのユーザーに均等に適用されます。 コミュニティのガイドラインは、会社やサービス、コミュニティの状況によって変更されることがあります。

1. 不健全なコンテンツ及び行為の制限
[1]選定的なコンテンツと行為
過度の性的暴露や性的嫌がらせ、ポルノなどのコンテンツを含む、性的な暗示や意図が明らかになる行為を禁止します。
[2]嫌悪、差別、暴力的なコンテンツおよび行為
嫌悪、暴力、犯罪、身体のためになる刺激的なコンテンツをアップロードしたり、間接的に助長および扇動することを禁止します。
[3]違法行為その他の行為
サービスの運営やコミュニティ環境を阻害したり、他人に被害を与える違法行為を禁止します。
- サービスの運営を妨げたり、悪影響を及ぼすコンテンツや行為
- コミュニティで許可されていない商業宣伝や広告を行うコンテンツと行為
- 公式にサービスによって伝播されていない情報または虚偽の事実を流布して混乱、被害を与えるコンテンツおよび行為
- 詐欺、詐称などで他人に被害を与えるコンテンツおよび行為
- ギャンブルなど蛇行心を助長するコンテンツおよび行為
- 他人を虚偽に申告して利用を妨げるコンテンツ及び行為
2. 個人情報保護
サービスは、利用者の大切な個人情報の保護に努め、個人情報保護に関する法令を遵守します。
同意していない個人情報が公開されたり、他人によって公開された場合、コンテンツを制作・登録した当事者に削除を要請したり、申告を通じてコンテンツを削除することができます。
[1]コンテンツ削除基準
サービスコミュニティのガイドラインに従ってプライバシー侵害を処理し、不適切なコンテンツを削除します。
個人情報とは、それ自体で個人を識別できる情報だけでなく、他の情報と組み合わせて個人を識別できる情報も含みます。

- 本人確認情報（氏名、生年月日、性別、マイナンバーカードの個人番号など）
- 連絡先（携帯電話番号、有線番号など）
- 住所(居住地、学校、会社、所属団体など)

3. 知識財産権/肖像権保護
利用者は、サービスが提供するコンテンツを自由に利用できるが、他人の権利と自由を確保し、被害を与えないように注意する必要があります。
また、コンテンツ利用中の正当な手続きではない方法で他人の写真/音声/映像などを録画・撮影したり、これを許可なく流布する行為を禁止し、もし知識財産権/肖像権侵害事実が確認されたコンテンツは、別途の警告なしに変更、削除、回収されることがあります。
- 相手方こっそり相手の顔、身体、音声などを撮影したり、これを第三者に流布する行為
- 特定人の顔、身体、音声を含む画像/映像を任意に加工または修正して相手に被害を与える行為
- 他人の著作権を侵害または侵害する目的を持つコンテンツを登録する行為
- 著作権のある音源/画像/映像などを著作権者の許可なく使用する行為
- 著作権者の同意を得ずに著作物を毀損または修正する行為
サービス利用中に本人または本人が所属する団体の著作権および肖像権を侵害するコンテンツを発見した場合

4. 利用制限措置
企業は、コミュニティガイドラインに基づいて不適切なコンテンツや行為が確認された場合、内部基準に従って措置を講じます。

3. Protection of Intellectual Property Rights / Portrait Rights

4. Restriction of Use
If inappropriate content or behaviors are identified based on the Community Guidelines, the Company will take appropriate action in line with internal standards.
Users can also report inappropriate content and actions and can decide whether or not to proceed to an investigation when filing a report. If necessary, you also have the option to request an investigation after use has been restricted.

If users violate the Community Guidelines, you can notify them and take measures such as changing nicknames and restricting use.

- 사기, 사칭 등으로 타인에게 피해를 주는 콘텐츠 및 행위

2. 개인정보 보호
서비스는 이용자의 소중한 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 노력하고 개인정보 보호와 관련된 법령을 준수합니다.
동의하지 않은 개인정보가 노출되거나 타인에 의해 게시되었을 경우 콘텐츠를 제작∙등록한 당사자에게 삭제를 요청하거나 신고를 통해 콘텐츠를 삭제할 수 있습니다.
