During the process of applying enhanced protection logic for recurring payment information within b.stage, an issue occured in which some automatic renewal orders for Membership (Recurring Payment) types and POP Subscription Vouchers failed to renew and were subsequently canceled between December 24 and December 26, 2025.

We have confirmed the exact scope of affected users and the impact of the issue, and in coordination with the relevant teams, we are planning a phased restoration of the POP messages that could not be delivered due to re-payment extensions and permission expirations.

At the same time, we are conducting system checks and implementing improvements to prevent the recurrence of the same issue.
