You can add and manage partners for settlements.
- You can check the registered partners under the [All], [Ended], and [Disabled] tabs.
- Use the search function on the right (Partner Key, Partner Name) to set filter conditions.
- Once a partner is registered, it cannot be deleted.
- In the list, you can view each partner's Key, Partner details, Status, Last edited date, and the Number of settlement policies linked to the partner, excluding disabled settlement policies. Click on a partner's name to open the settings window.
- Partner Key: A unique ID assigned to manage settlement histories. It is automatically generated and cannot be edited.
- Partner name (Required): The name that will be displayed in settlement histories. It can contain up to 20 characters. Once created, it cannot be edited. Duplicate names are not allowed when adding a new partner.
- Description: A free-text field for additional partner details. It can contain up to 100 characters and can be edited after creation.
- Disable partner: If changed to the "Disabled" status, settlement histories will continue to be generated until midnight of the partner's "Disabled date" based on the connected settlement policies. Once changed to "Disabled", it cannot be reverted to "Enabled".
- Example: If the "Disabled date" is set to 1st October, settlement histories for 30th September and 1st October will be maintained, but no histories will be generated from 2nd October onward.
