You can add and manage policies for processing settlements. A single partner can have multiple different settlement policies assigned.
- You can check the Settlement Timezone (This cannot be changed after the initial setup).
- Settlement policies can be viewed under the [All], [Valid], and [Invalid] tabs based on their status:
- Valid: Can be viewed in settlement histories regardless of the Policy period.
- Invalid: Marked as invalid regardless of the Policy end date.
- Use the search function on the right (Policy details, Partner details, and Transaction date) to set filter conditions.
- The list displays the following details for each settlement policy:
- Settlement Policy Key, Policy details (Policy name, Description, Policy period, Policy status, Linked partners, and Last edited date.
Add Settlement Policy

Settlement data is created based on the product options and partners linked to the settlement policy.
- Basic Information: Enter basic information about your settlement policy. This can be edited after saving.
- Policy name (Required): Enter the name of the Settlement Policy.
- Description: Enter a description of the Settlement Policy.
- Detail Information: Set the settlement policy period and transaction date. (Changes cannot be made after saving.)
- Policy period: Set the period for the settlement policy when setting up settlement targets (Applied based on the settlement time zone)
- Start date =< End date
- Transaction date: Set the transaction reference date to generate settlement histories.
- Transaction date: Settlement histories are created based on the actual transaction date.
- Transaction confirmed date: Settlement histories are created based on the date of purchase confirmation or recurring payment after the transaction.
- Policy period: Set the period for the settlement policy when setting up settlement targets (Applied based on the settlement time zone)
Choose the partners and product options for the settlement policy. Each partner must be linked to one product option, and you can't assign the same option to multiple partners.
- Settlement target details: Set the partners and product options to link with the settlement policy. (They cannot be deleted once saved.)
- A partner can be linked if they are in "Enabled" status during the Policy period.
- Even if a partner has been disabled, they can still be linked if their disabled date is after the Policy start date.
- Once a partner is saved, it cannot be unlinked.
- For disabled partners, no settlement histories will be generated after their disabled date.
- You can search for a specific partner using the [Partner Key] or [Partner Name] search functions, or filter by [Status].
- Product option settings
- You can select Memberships(General, Seasonal Memberships), Vouchers(Subscription, Personal Vouchers), POP Only Vouchers(Subscription, Limited-time: Single Star & Star changes 0), Tickets(Fixed-Period, Fixed-Date and Fixed-Time Tickets), Sponsorship(General, Recurring Sponsorship), Physical Products(Standard Shipping, Onsite Pickup)
- Options that overlap in period with another registered Policy cannot be selected.
- You can search for a product using [Product ID] search function or filter by [Product Information].
- After selecting a product, the list will display:
- Product type / ID
- Product information (Product Name, Standard Shipping/On-site Pickup tag, etc.)
- Option details / Option ID
- Option Price
- Sales
- Once the setup is complete, click [Apply] at the top right. In the final confirmation popup, review the non-editable fields before clicking [Apply] to create the Settlement Policy.
