1. Limiting access to media harmful to youth and imposing controls

The Company has prepared separate verification measures to prevent individuals of 19 years or younger from accessing media harmful to the youth and is taking precautionary measures by clearly marking harmful media to youth so that they are not exposed.

 

2. Restriction on the sale of the product harmful to the youth

The company is restricting the order and sale of goods harmful to the youth, medications, and media harmful to the youth.

 

3. Providing education on youth protection

The Company is providing training for the staff members on laws and regulations regarding youth protection, youth protection policies and possible response measures and the training is provided by the officer in charge as listed on "4.  operating the point of public contact in regards to the youth protection" or external specialized institution.

 

4. Operating the point of public contact in regards to the youth protection

The Company is providing a separate point of public contact to provide consultation on the damages regarding the information harmful to the youth and process any complaints, and currently designating the officers in charge (person in charge and manager). Therefore, a customer may submit suggestions, request a consultation and file a complaint related to youth protection through the contact information provided below.
