You can manage versions of existing terms in [SETTINGS > Terms and Conditions].
- If you need to modify the existing Terms/Conditions, click the [Title] part of the existing Terms and Conditions to go to the detailed screen, and you can modify or add a new version. It is recommended that changes to the Terms and Conditions be used only for renewal purposes.
- When the Terms and Conditions are updated to the latest version, the most recent version is displayed to members. If more than 2 verions have been made public, they will appear in the form of a drop-down list within the service.
- If you revise the Terms and Conditions, it's recommended that you notify users at least seven (7) days prior to the date the changes will take effect and clearly mention the effective date, revised items, reasons for revisions, etc.
