Fans can easily participate in Poll Events using Voting Tickets, while operators can manage the entire process-from registering Voting Tickets and creating Poll Events to configuring Rewards, Details, and tracking Voting status-in one streamlined workflow.
Voting Tickets
- This is a required base item for using Poll Events, and at least one Voting Ticket must exist in b.stage in order to operate a Ranking Poll.
- You can view the registered Voting Ticket's name, last edited date, and assigned manager.
- Please click the [Add] button to create a new Voting Ticket. Multiple Voting Tickets can be created within a single b.stage; however, all created Voting Tickets will be visible to users.
- Voting Ticket Name: Up to 20 characters can be entered. You can also add multiple languages. If not entered, it will be presented in the default language.
Poll Events
✔️ Poll Events List
- You can view the registered Poll Event's name, Status, Visibility, last edited date, and assigned manager.
- Please click the [Add] button to create a new Poll Event.
✔️ Event details
- Title: Please enter a title. You can enter up to 100 characters.
- Body: Please enter body text (select)
- Option List: Register the candidates for the Poll Event. Up to 999 candidates can be added.
- Option Title: Enter the artist name.
- Option Subtitle: Enter the group name if necessary.
- Candidate Image: Upload an image for the candidate.
- Delete(X) Button: Clicking this button will immediately remove the candidate and disable it after the event has been initially published.
- Multilingual Support: Multiple languages can be added. If not entered, it will be presented in the default language.
✔️ Rewards
- Please enter the rewards to be offered to participants. This information will appear in the Rewards tab and is required.
- An editor is provided, allowing both text and image input.
- The recommended image size is 960px, and JPG and PNG file formats of up to 10MB are supported.

- Please enter detailed information about the Poll Event. This information will appear in the Details tab.

✔️ Link Voting Tickets
- Please select 1 Voting Ticket to link with the Poll Event. This is a required field and can be changed before the event is published. (Changes are not allowed after the initial publication.)
- Only one Voting Ticket can be linked to each Poll Event.
- A list of all created Voting Tickets is provided.

- General
- Poll Thumbnail: If you choose not to add a thumbnail, a thumbnail will not be displayed on the Custom Page and a basic background will automatically be applied to Content.
- The recommended image size is 1280*720px, and JPG, PNG and GIF file formats of up to 10MB are supported.
- Tags: When configured, content related to this Poll Event will be displayed in the Tags section.
- Poll Thumbnail: If you choose not to add a thumbnail, a thumbnail will not be displayed on the Custom Page and a basic background will automatically be applied to Content.
- Progress & visibility
- Progress Options: Allows you to set the launching timing or period of the Poll Events.You can specify among [Launch now] / [Scheduled launch] / [End] / [Choose an end date].
- If you choose an end date, the Poll Events would be end automatically on the designated date and time.
- Visibility Settings: Allows you to set the display point of the Poll Events. You can specify among [Publish now] / [Hidden] / [Specify display end date].
- If you specify display end date, the Poll Event would be unexposed on the designated date and time.
- Notification: You can set notifications for each Poll Event. Please note that notification settings cannot be changed after initial exposure.
✔️ Voting status
- Only Poll Events with the status [In Progress] or [Ended] will have their pages and data available.
- Title: Displays the question/title area of the Poll Event.
- Total Votes: The total number of votes cast in this Poll Event.
- Total Participants: This data is shown only when the event status is [Ended] and represents the number of unique participants, with duplicate participation counts removed.
- Ranking Results Data: Candidates are sorted by the number of votes received.
- Candidates with zero votes are displayed as "-" and are ordered according to the configured Option sequence.
- In the case of a tie, the tied candidates share the same rank, and subsequent candidates are ranked accordingly. (e.g., 1st: Candidate A / 1st: Candidate B / 3rd: Candidate C)

- All Voting Tickets created within the relevant b.stage are displayed, along with the number of valid Tickets available for each Voting Ticket type.

- The number of Voting Tickets to be issued can range from a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 10,000,000.
- You can set a "Set duration (24 hours, 30 days, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years... up to 10 years) or set expiration date & time.

- The number of Voting Tickets to be revoked can range from a minimum of 1 up to the total number of that Voting Ticket type currently held by the member.
