You can upload posts, videos and even embed YouTube and Twitch!

👉 Content

  • If you click [Add +] on the top right, you can register a total of 3 types of free content.
    • Upload a video
    • Embed YouTube/Twitch content: You can import videos from YouTube and Twitch.
    • Free post

 

  • You can check each content that has been classified by the type - Posts, VOD, Embed Video, Star Story.
  • You also can filter by specifying [Paid/Free] or [Visibility] status through the search filter on the right.
    • Please note that [Draft] tab does not provide such filters.
  • You can check the visibility, last modified date, number of views, comments and reactions of the registered content.
  • [Download Comments] allows you to download the comment data of a specific post as an Excel file.
    • All: Download all comments written up to today after the post was created.
    • Add Manually: The maximum set period is unlimited.
    • Setting an Excel file password: Excel password protection can help you keep your personal information more secure. The password you enter will be required when you run the Excel file.
    • If a comment within the content has been deleted, it will be excluded from the data.
    • If restricted words have been entered, their content will still be visible in the data.
  • If you want to pin registered content to the top or group multiple content into one section to display, you can set it via MY B.STAGE > Content Home.


👉 Star Story

  • Operators
    • Operators are allowed to edit or delete the Star Story via Content menu.
  • Star Story
    • You can add image and video files.
      • Up to 20 images can be attached, and JPG, PNG, and GIF file formats are supported.

      • If you click the attached image, an editing tool that allows you to freely edit will pop up. You can crop images, apply filters, resize images, etc.
      • Only one video can be uploaded, and MP4 and MOV file formats are supported.
    • If there are multiple registered images, the first image will be selected as the representative image.
    • When you upload a vidoe, thumnails are automatically extracted.
  • Notification Settings
    • When adding a Star Story, you can choose whetehr to send a notification to fans about the post.
    • No member notifications when you turn off alerts for story publication. Avoid notifying posts with ads.


✔️ Star Story detailed settings

  • You can move to the edit and detailed settings screen by clicking the representative image/thumnail or title of Star Story.
  • Click the [View more] button on the top right to set the Star Story in detail.
  • If you click [Comment], you can check whether there is a restriction on leaving comments for the post.
    • It is not possible to edit the comment restriction after the content is created.

 

  • If you click [Set URL automatically], you can manually set the URL. This function currently supports automatic setting. Manual support coming soon.
  • Click [Status] to specify the display status of the post.
    • If you select [Set time to publish] and select the date and time in the calendar icon, the post will be published at that exact time.
    • After activating [Set last date to display] and selecting a date and time, the post will be private at that time.

 

  • You can delete a post by clicking [Delete]. Deleted posts cannot be restored.

 

  • When all settings are completed, click [Apply] button at the top right.


👉 Upload a video

ⓐ Click [Add +] at the top right.
ⓑ Select [Free Content] > [Upload a Video].

ⓒ Please select a file to upload.

  • You can upload up to 5GB MP4 or MOV files. We recommend 1080p resolution for maximum quality.
  • In case of interruption while uploading a video file, it is possible to continue uploading the same file with a comeback attempt. You can still proceed even if the type of content is changed from [Free] ↔ [Paid], or the file name is modified.

ⓓ Thumbnail

  • If not set manually, the thumbnail of the original video will be applied.
  • The recommended size is 1280x720 pixels (16:9 ratio), and supports JPG, PNG, and GIF formats up to 10MB.
  • After uploading the thumnail, it is possible to replace or delete through pencil and wastebasket icon that appears when the mouse is over.

ⓔ Details

  • You can write a title and description of your video.
  • If you have selected more than one service language, click [Language settings] and fill in all input fields in the corresponding language. If not entered, it will be displayed in the default language.
  • 150 characters and 5,000 characters are allowed for the title and description respectively.
  • In the description field, you can enter a timestamp where you would like to highlight. For example, the timestamp will be registered when 03:20 is entered.

ⓕ Captions

  • Captions up to 6 languages can be added. Supported languages include: Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese (Traditional and Simplified) and Spanish.
  • After selecting the target language, please upload SRT files less than 5MB in size.

✔️ View more

  • Tag
    • Tags are used for classifying content and SEO.
    • Please add tags separately if you want to use them for management purposes and don't want them to be visible.
    • Administrative tags are not visible on your b.stage and are used for management purposes (Coming soon).

 

  • Comments
    • You are able to set the comment restrictions as well as whether to use private comments.
    • If you would like to impose a restriction select either [Limit 1 comment per account] or [Limit 1 per day].
    • After registering the content, it is not possible to modify the restriction on leaving comments.
    • For existing content, even if changed from 'Enabled' to 'Disabled', private comments will remain intact.

Secret Comments
• Only comments can be set as secret. (Replies to comments or nested replies cannot be secret.)
• Once a comment is set as secret, then it cannot be converted back to a regular comment.
• Secret and "Blinded" comments can be viewed by the person who writes that comment, Manager, Stars (Members cannot.)
• Secret and "Hidden" comments can be only viewed by the Manager (The person who writes that comment, Stars and Members cannot.)

 

  • Set URL Automatically
    • This function currently supports automatic setting. Manual support coming soon.

 

  • Geoblocking
    • You can manage access to content based on a customer's country/region. (Disabling geoblocking allows content to be accessed from any country/region.)
    • Disabled: The content can be accessed from all countries/regions.
    • Select countries/regions to provide access: Only customers accessing from selected countries/regions will be able to access your content.
    • Select countries/regions to restrict access: Customers accessing from selected countries/regions will not be able to access your content.
      • Select a countries/regions from the drop-down list or by searching.
      • These settings can be modified at any time even after content registration is complete.
      • After setting a geoblock, [Geoblocking] is added in the title area in the list.

Contents that can be geoblocked are as follows:

  • [Paid/Free] Upload a video
  • [Free] Embed YouTube/Twitch content
  • [Paid/Free] Post
  • Star Story (Admin account holders are able to set it after Star Story is registered by Star account.)

 

  • Status
    • To display at the desired time, click [Set time to publish], click on the calendar icon, and select the date and time. It can be set in increments of 5 minutes.
    • To set the last date to display, activate [Set last date to display] and select the desired date and time.
    • You can set notifications for each piece of content through [New Post Alerts]. Please note that notification settings cannot be changed after initial exposure.

    • In the case the content has already been exposed, the first exposure date will be displayed instead.

 

 

ⓗ When all settings are completed, click [Register] in the upper right corner.


👉 Embed YouTube/Twitch content

ⓐ Click [Add +] at the top right.
ⓑ Select [Embed YouTube/Twitch content].

ⓒ Please enter the URL you want to embed. This function currently supports YouTube and Twitch.

  • Enter URL starting with https://youtu.be or https://twitch.tv.
  • If the content is properly embedded, the thumbnail of the video should display.

👉 Free post

ⓐ Click [Add +] at the top right.
ⓑ Please select [Free post].

ⓒ You can write a title, subtitle (optional), and contents of the post.

  • If you have selected more than one service language, click [Add a langugage +] on the right and fill in all input boxes in the corresponding language.

ⓓ Please enter the content using various functions available.

  • Titles can be aligned to the left or centered.
  • [Edit block] appears when clicked.
  • If you drag the content you want to edit, the [Edit block] including changing the text color appears.
  • In addition to text, you can insert image or media URLs.

ⓔ Please click [View more] before proceeding.


👉 Top image and thumbnail

  • Click the mountain icon located at the top right to upload the main image for your post.

 

  • When uploading an image, you can expand, minimize, rotate, mirror, or flip the image you wish to upload, and you can drag and crop out the portion you wish to display.
  • The recommended size is 1280*720px (16:9 ratio), and supports JPG, PNG, and GIF file formats up to 10MB.

 

  • You can search for images and add the main image through "Unsplash" by selecting [Search on Unsplash].
  • You can also click the "Unsplash" icon in the bottom [Edit block] to search and add images to body content.
  • "Unsplash" is a free, copyrighted, high-resolution photo site.
  • After uploading the image, you can delete the image at any time by clicking [Delete].

 

  • If you have uploaded the title image, you can find that image on the left. (Please refer to the attached screenshot below). If you wish to upload the different image as a thumbnail, then click the image (highlited with a red border 👇)

 

  • If you have not uploaded the title image, you would find default image on the left. (Please refer to the attached screenshot below). Click on the default image to add the thumbnail image you want.

 

  • After adding a thumbnail image, you can upload a new file or immediately replace it with the previously uploaded title image via a 'pencil' and 'replacement icon' that appears when mouseover.

 

  • When all settings are completed, click [Register] in the upper right corner.

TIP 💡
Fans can check the Stars who have written comments/replies or reacted at the Feed (Main Home/Community)
• Up to 3 Stars will be displayed in order of recent writing/reaction.
• If all comments/replies/reactions of a Star are deleted, the Star will no longer be displayed in the area.
• If there are no Star comments/replies/reactions on the content, general comments from member are displayed.
