Sticker Management

Manage the stickers you set up in the sticker management system. (Currently, stickers are only available for POP / 1:1 TALK)

The sticker management system is accessible only to bemyfriends admins, and the procedure for registering stickers in the system must be completed first.

👉 Sticker Management

  • You can view the list of registered stickers.
    • Each product can be viewed under the [Registered] and [Pending review] tabs.
      • Pending review: List of stickers configured in the sticker management system by bemyfriends admins. (They can be registered after the review.)
    • You can set filter conditions using the search options on the right (Sticker ID/Name, Sticker Type, Available options, Visible platform, Usage, Sales/display status).
    • In the list, you can see each sticker's name, type/available option, price, Usage/Sales/Visibility status, and the last updated date. Clicking on the product name will take you to the detailed information page.
  • In the list, you can see each sticker's name, type/provision method, price, usage status, sale status, platform-specific display status, and the last modified date. Clicking on the product name will take you to the detailed information page.

 

✅ Available options

  • Default: Stickers are available without requiring the user to go through any acquisition process.
  • Free: Stickers can be obtained by the user through the [Download] action in the Sticker Store.
  • Paid: Stickers can be obtained by the user through the [Purchase] action in the Sticker Store.

 

✅ Required Assets

  • Thumbnail: Sticker - 1 PNG file / Animated Sticker - 2 files, PNG and WEBP formats
  • Set Images: A minimum of 8 and a maximum of 50 images. (After the initial registration, the number of stickers cannot be modified.)
    • Sticker: A PNG image is required for each slot.
    • Animated Sticker: A PNG or WEBP image is required for each slot.

 

✅ Change display order

  • You can set the sticker order in the Sticker Shop. Stickers are sorted by their registration order by default, but you can rearrange them with drag and drop. (Default stickers are not shown.)

 

👉 [Pending review] List

  • You can set filter conditions using the search options on the right (Sticker ID/Name, Sticker Type, Allowed option).
  • In the list, you can view each sticker's name, type, option, date requested, and the name of the admin who made modifications (bemyfriends admin: SYSTEM).
  • Click the [View Sticker] button on the right to review the sticker information, then click the "Confirm" button at the top right. The sticker will then be transitioned to admin management, where you can set Usage/Display status, and more in the [Registered] tab.

 

👉 Sticker settings

  • You can find the pre-configured names and images, set sales and payment settings, display status, and then finalize the usage status.

 

✅ Sticker details

  • You can set the sticker usage and its usage period.
  • Usage
    • You can set the status for use in the b.stage.
    • Default stickers are immediately visible to users when enabled.
    • Check the display order in the Sticker Shop for free and paid stickers first.
  • Usage period
    • Please set the duration for sticker usage.
      • None
      • Duration settings
        • The sticker will be available for 24 hours * 7 days from acquisition. (Users can obtain the sticker again after the available period expires.)

 

✅ Available options

  • You can provide stickers to users based on the options set in the sticker management system.
  • Sales and payments settings
    • You can set the Selling Price, Payment Type, Sales status, Consent Item and Withdrawal of subscription. Please click the [Edit] button to proceed.
    • Selling Price (Required)
      • Select a selling price (including taxes) for your paid stickers. For platform-specific price changes, please contact your admin. → Changes can only be made within the price range set by bemyfriends.
    • Payment Type
      • You can set the product's payment type for each platform (WEB, iOS, Android).
      • To use payment features in iOS and Android apps, ensure your products are registered and approved in each store.
      • To use the payment features in iOS and Android apps, you need to set up the payment methods in Shop Settings > Payment Methods.
      • If you don't select iOS or Android app payment type, the WEB(PG) type will be provided.
    • Sales status
      • You can set the sales status of the product you wish to sell.
        • Always sell: Users can place orders.
        • Sales reservation
        • Stop selling: Users cannot place orders.
        • Set date to end sale
    • Consent Item
      • In addition to the required terms of consent, you can set additional product-specific consent items.
      • If the desired consent item is not available, please click [Go to add (new window)]. The consent items will be displayed to the user based on the most recent modification date, and you can add up to three optional items in addition to the required ones.
    • Withdrawal of subscription
      • Please review the subscription cancellation details. If changes are necessary, please contact your admin.

• Stickers with a specified usage period can only be used during that time.
• Paid stickers are automatically downloaded after purchase. The purchase is confirmed once the download is complete and cannot be canceled or refunded.
• If the download of a paid sticker fails, retry from the sticker details page by clicking [Download Stickers].
• If a paid sticker doesn’t download properly after purchase, you can cancel within 7 days of the purchase date.
• To cancel or request a refund for paid stickers, contact Customer Support.
• For membership-only products, unconfirmed memberships are automatically confirmed upon sticker purchase.

✅ Additional settings - You can't set the default stickers.

  • Purchase restrictions: Only users with a linked membership can purchase an item. (Re-purchase is not allowed while the item is in use.)
  • Display options: You can set the visibility of stickers by platform (WEB, iOS, Android). If set to private, the sticker won't appear in that platform's Sticker Shop or detail page. (Paid stickers won't appear if your shop is private.)
    • Display Now: When accessed through the platform, the Sticker Shop list and sticker detail page will be displayed.
    • Private: When accessed through the platform, the Sticker Shop list and sticker detail page will not be displayed.

 

✅ Paid Sticker Cancellation

  • For stickers, self-cancellation by the purchasers not possible. The order is confirmed once the download is completed. However, if the download does not proceed correctly after payment, the purchase can be canceled within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Therefore, the cancellation of Paid Stickers follows these procedures:
    • Admin Order Cancellation: Admins can cancel orders regardless of the order status.
    • System Order Cancellation: If a user successfully completes payment and order, but already owns the sticker at the time of download, the system will automatically cancel the order to prevent duplicate ownership.
