👉 Digital vouchers
- You can register a total of three types of vouchers: Subscription, Personal, and Limited-time.
- When a customer purchases one voucher, they can view 'all content for which the same voucher has been connected'.
✔️ Types of vouchers
- Subscription: Customers will be charged each month.
- Personal: Can be used continuously after purchase.
- Limited-time: Can feature a usage period of 1, 3, 6, or 12 months.
👉 Add Digital Voucher
- To add a digital voucher, click the [Add] button at the top right.
- Voucher name (required)
- You can also add multiple languages. If not entered, it will be presented in the default language.
- Voucher price (required)
- For digital products, tax standards and tax levy type may differ depending on the laws of the business operator's country/region.
- We recommend discussing matters related to taxation of revenue with a professional tax accountant, and setting the selling price after determining whether or not taxes will be imposed.
- When proceeding with a discount, first enter the [Selling price], then click the blank in [Discount settings] to enter a [Discount price] that is lower than the selling price.
- Purchase restrictions
- You already purchased this voucher. You may not purchase it again while it is currently in use.

• A fixed price must be entered for each currency, and the final price may not be changed after registering.

• If you activate [Please enter a fixed price for each currency.], you can directly enter the price for each currency provided.

- If you have used the voucher or if 7 days have passed since the payment was made, your purchase will be confirmed, and you will no longer be able to cancel it.
- For recurring payment products, the payments made after the initial purchase may not be canceled regardless of your usage of the voucher or the period in which your purchase was made.

- Detailed description (required)
- Use the Editor to add a detailed description of your product.
- If multilingual settings are required, click the tab for each language and enter accordingly.
- In addition to text, you can insert image or media URLs.
- Product thumbnail
- The recommended image size is 800*800px (1:1 ratio), and supports JPG, PNG, and GIF file formats up to 5MB.
- Categories
- Organize categories to browse products conveniently.
- You need to set a category to display products in the SHOP Home.
- Click [Choose Category] and select a category to connect from the list.
- You can check the Shop Home visibility status of each category through the eye icon on the right.
- Click [Category settings (new window)] to direct to MY B.STAGE > Shop Home in a new window. After completing the settings, you must click on [Refresh] to reflect the modifications. (e.g. category visibility order, etc.)
- Visibility Settings
- Display options: You can choose when to publish the products you want to sell.
- You can specify [Publish now] / [Set time to publish] / [Private] / [Set last date to display].
- If the voucher is set as [Private], it will not be displayed regardless of the [Sales status].
- If you set last date to display, the voucher would be unexposed on the designated date and time.
- If a product's selling period begins after its display period, it will appear as "Selling Soon" until sales launch
- Sales status
- Products will appear as "Selling" once the selling period begins, and will be displayed with the message "Sale over" when the selling period ends.
- If a product's selling period begins after its display period, it will appear as "Selling Soon" until sales launch.
- URL settings
- A URL will be created after completing registration. An option to change URLs will be available soon.
- Grant Purchase permissions
- Grant purchasing permissions to specific audiences only. Unauthorized audiences won’t see or buy the product.
- Click [Select group] to select the group for purchasing permissions.

- Click [Add] to upload an Excel file with email accounts of people you want to grant purchase permissions to. (duplicate accounts will be excluded.)
- Enter group name.
- You can register up to 10,000 email accounts in 1 file. To add more than 10,000 accounts, save initially and create a group page and upload another file. (Up to 100,000 uploads per group)
- Different file formats won’t process correctly.

- You can delete the group itself.
- You can modify the group name.
- You can modify the members within the group (add/remove).

- After verifying the list of target emails, please click [Save] in the upper right corner. When you save, the target list will be confirmed within the group.

- Additional Settings
- Consent Item
- In addition to the required terms of consent, you can set additional product-specific consent items.
- Points
- Set the earnings rate for the points that are automatically issued when a purchase gets confirmed.
- Use basic earning rate: Points are accumulated at the earning rate you set when you first set points via SETTINGS > Shop Settings > Points.
- Set earnings rate manually: You can directly enter the earnings rate, numbers between 0.1 - 99.9% up to the tenths place.
- No earnings rate: Points will not be accumulated when purchasing the voucher.
- Consent Item
👉 POP Only Voucher
POP is a communication service that allows Stars and fans to interact in a one-to-many fashion through real-time chat and live features. (This service is only provided to the PLUS plan.)
- b.stage POP provides a service where fans can communicate with Stars through live videos and chats. It allows Stars to freely convey their space, time, and situation through live videos or text and breathe together with their fans. It also enables fans to provide monthly subscription services in the way they desire.
- To initiate the POP service, you need to first create a voucher to be associated with it. Here are the steps to add a POP Only Voucher.
- From PRODUCTS > Digital Vouchers / Tickets, please click the [Add] button at the top right.
- There are two types of vouchers: Subscription and Limited-time.
- Types of vouchers
- POP Subscription Voucher: This is only for POP entries and charges every month.
- POP Limited-time Voucher: This is only for POP entries and has a fixed duration (1 month).

✔️ Star & Sales Settings
- Access settings (Limited-Time Voucher Only)
- Set the usage period and Star changes.
- Usage Period: Voucher permissions are retained for the usage period you set from the payment date. (Changes are not allowed after the first order.) The usage period refers to 'the period the voucher remains valid' after purchase. You can choose from 1, 2, 3, 6, or 12 months.
- Star changes: Set how many times Stars can be changed during the usage period. The set limit applies to all options and updates will affect future orders. You can choose from 0 change to 20 changes.
- Star Settings
- Choose a Star account to link to your POP Only Voucher. Customers who purchase the voucher can enter the Star’s POP. (The sales options will adjust to the number of accounts you add. When you place your first order, you can’t delete previously registered Star account, they can only be made private.)
- Please press the [Add +] button and select the desired Stars from the list, then press [Add] on the right side. (Blocked or inactive Star accounts cannot be selected, and deleted accounts will not be visible in this list.)
- Sales Options
- Set the payment type, sale price, discount settings, visibility, and main products. The main options and visibility per options are same across all payment type. (It is not possible to modify the selling price of the subscription voucher after the initial order is placed.)
- The option you select as representative shows as representative information.
- For In-App Purchases, enter a fixed price for each currency.
- Store prices and discounts are display only, but actual payments are processed in the store's registered currency. Ensure the sales price and Product ID entries match the store to avoid payment issues.
- For Limited-time vouchers, you can check the option [Please enter a fixed price for each currency.] to directly input the desired payment price in the currency of your choice.
- For digital products, the tax standards and tax levy type may differ depending on the laws of the business operator's country/region. We recommend discussing matters related to taxation on revenue with a professional tax accountant, and setting the selling price after determining whether or not taxes will be imposed.

- Purchase Restrictions
- Only customers with the required membership can purchase this voucher.
- You can choose to grant purchasing rights based on different levels within the same membership. Customers whose membership levels do not grant them access will be provided with instructions on completing their purchase.
- Customers may not be able to purchase products depending on the sales/display status. Please double-check before proceeding.
[Subscription Voucher] On the first order attempt, the membership is checked for permissions. Orders without membership are automatically canceled. Changing membership settings may impact customer claims. Please proceed with caution.
[Subscription Voucher] Excluding all existing memberships enables all members to make purchases. Changing membership settings restricts purchases to members with the updated memberships.
- Purchase Restrictions
- Platform to display
- Please select the device(s) to set the display option status. (At least one or more required).
- The display status of the product cannot be set differently by device. (e.g., WEB = Display Now, AND = Private ❌)
- Display options and Sales status
- You can choose from [Publish now] / [Set time to publish] / [Private] - [Always sell] / [Sales reservation] / [Stop selling].
- If it is set as [Private], the product will not be displayed regardless of the Sales status.
- After activating [Set last date to display] and selecting a date, display will end on the exact date.
- Options' exposure time and sales time are based on the time zone of the admin's browser and are converted to the time zone of the user's browser. (This can be separate from the reference time zone set for the event period.)
- Grant Purchase permissions
- Grant purchasing permissions to specific audiences only. Unauthorized audiences won’t see or buy the product.
- Click [Select group] to select the group for purchasing permissions.

- Click [Add] to upload an Excel file with email accounts of people you want to grant purchase permissions to. (duplicate accounts will be excluded.)
- Enter group name.

The customer may not cancel directly once a voucher has been marked as used. However, vouchers may be canceled or refunded at the customer's request through CS from the [ORDERS > Digital Vouchers / Tickets] menu.
💡 The number of times a user can change their selected Star:
ⓐ Changing Stars is applicable to POP Only Vouchers (Both subscription and limited-time), and within the valid subscription period, users are allowed to change their Star N times. (Subscription: 1 change / Limited-time: N changes as set)
ⓑ Unused opportunities to change the Star will not carry over to the next subscription period and will expire. (For example, if there is one chance to change the Star in May and it is not used, the same one chance will be available in June.)
ⓒ The number of Stars (N) selected during purchasing the voucher cannot be changed; users must maintain the number of Stars.
ⓓ It is not possible to change to a Star that is not currently exposed, dormant, inactive, or blocked at the time of the change request.
ⓔ Changing Star does not affect the purchase confirmation of the vouchers. (For example, if a 3-ticket is purchased but not used initially, it is still possible to change the Star. At this point, the purchase is not yet confirmed, so cancellation is also possible.)
👉 Tickets
- You can register a total of three types of tickets:
- Fixed-Period Tickets: Tickets valid for a fixed period of time.
- Fixed-Date Tickets: Tickets valid for specific dates.
- Fixed-Time Tickets: Tickets valid for a specific time or number of sessions.
👉 Add a ticket
- To add a ticket, click the [Add] button at the top right.
ⓐ Ticket Information: Enter the details of your ticket.
- Ticket name (Required): Enter your ticket's name. You can enter up to 150 characters.
- It is possible to add multiple languages, and if not entered, it will be presented in the default language.
- Product Thumbnail (Required): The recommended image size is 800*800px (1:1 ratio), and supports JPG, PNG, and GIF file formats up to 5MB.
- Additional information: Add any additional details you'd like your customers to be aware of. (The information you enter here will be listed beneath your ticket's name.)
- It is possible to add multiple languages, and if not entered, it will be presented in the default language.
ⓑ Event Details: Enter the details of your event, including the duration and whether it will be held online or offline.
- Event Period (Required): The event period is the standard for determining ticket options (i.e., date/number of times) and cannot be modified after the first order has been made. Please click [Edit] button.
- Base Time Zone (Required): Enter the date and time in the selected time zone. This is the time zone customers will see on your b.stage; it will not be automatically converted based on their local time.
- Daylight savings time and summer time are not reflected
- Event Period (Required): Please enter the actual start and end date of the event for which the ticket will be used. (Tickets can be valid for up to 3 months.)
- You can simply set the start and end date the same by clicking [The start and end dates are the same.].
- Changes to the entire event period and Base Time Zone are possible only ① before registration, ② after registration and before the first purchase occurs.
- Expiration date/time of each tickets:
- Fixed-period ticket: Access permissions expire at 23:59:59 on the last day of the event.
- Fixed-Date Tickets: Permission expires after 24 hours as of 23:59:59 on the selected date. (Example: 2023.10.11 → 2023.10.12 23:59:59)
- Fixed-Time Tickets: Permission expires after 24 hours from the start time of the session. (Example: 2023.10.11 19:00 → 2023.10.12 19:00)
- You can inform customers about the running time of a performance or event by checking and entering the running time.
- Method of Use: You can choose between offline and online.
- Offline: Enter the name of the venue to make it easy for customers to find it.
- It is possible to add multiple languages, and if not entered, it will be presented in the default language.
- Offline: Enter the name of the venue to make it easy for customers to find it.
- Redeem Button: To confirm on-site entry, the ‘Redeem Ticket’ button is displayed at the bottom of the ticket details page under 'My Vouchers/Tickets’.
- The redeem button displays regardless of the date/time. Please review all ticket options before marking them as redeemed.
- Please review the options and consider allowing entry, even if permissions have been previously used or expired according to your site’s operational policies.

- Please designate how users can access tickets. Once registered, access methods cannot be changed, so please choose carefully.
- Purchased Products
- You can choose a price you're happy with and sell tickets as products. (In order to do so, you'll need to enter your PG company under Shopping Settings.)
- Price Settings: To set a fixed price for each currency, turn [Please enter a fixed price for each currency.] ON and click [Add Option].
- If you change the fixed price by currency after adding an option, all of the added options will be deleted.
- You cannot decide whether to enter a fixed price after saving a ticket or product.
- If [Include taxes in price] is turned ON, customers will see the message "Price includes tax". Click once more to turn this feature OFF and hide this message.
- NFT/token authentication: If you add digital wallet support in the Easy Login settings, you can allow customers to purchase tickets through NFT/token authentication.
- Authentication Settings (Required): You can choose to set authentication methods by product. (The ability to set authentication methods by option is coming soon.) If you change authentication methods after registering your product, those who purchased it will no longer be able to obtain their ticket using the previously supported authentication method.
- Default Authentication Settings: Please select the Verification method and Network and enter the Contract Address, Minimum quantity and Properties (NFT verification only).
- You cannot make changes after choosing a standard payment ↔ token or NFT verification method, so please choose carefully.
- Customers will be shown "Token/NFT Verification Membership", and token/NFT verification membership is unavailable to set up for PRODUCTS > Purchase Restrictions.

ⓑThis also can be done by clicking each option block on the calendar. You can set the Selling Price and Quantity available, Discount settings, Default Visibility Settings, and the representative price. Once a representative price has been established, it cannot be hidden.

ⓕ Additional Settings
- Conditions for Cancellation
- Set a period of time during which cancellations cannot be processed for customers who have purchased tickets.
- Please set based on the time zone selected when establishing the event period. Your b.stage will automatically convert the time based on the time zone of the user's browser. (This cannot be modified once an order has been made.)
- In the case of Fixed-Period tickets, collective cancellation is not possible. Please enter a specific date and time to be processed. From that date, the customer cannot directly cancel, but the operator can process the cancellation.
- In the case of Fixed-Date/Time tickets, please enter the cancellation point based on the event start date. [Within (-)] and [After (+)] can be selected. From that date, the customer cannot directly cancel, but the operator can cancel.
- Purchase Restrictions: Users who purchase this membership may not purchase it again during the membership period
- Only customers with the required membership can purchase this ticket.

- You can register up to 10,000 email accounts in 1 file. To add more than 10,000 accounts, save initially and create a group page and upload another file. (Up to 100,000 uploads per group)
- Different file formats won’t process correctly.

- After adding the group:
- You can delete the group itself.
- You can modify the group name.
- You can modify the members within the group (add/remove).

- After verifying the list of target emails, please click [Save] in the upper right corner. When you save, the target list will be confirmed within the group.
- Select up to 3 groups, then click [Save] in the upper right corner.
- Consent Item
- In addition to the required terms of consent, you can set additional product-specific consent items.
- Points
- Set the earnings rate for the points that are automatically issued when a purchase gets confirmed
- Use basic earning rate: Points are accumulated at the earning rate you set when you first set points via SETTINGS > Shop Settings > Points.
- Set earnings rate manually: You can directly enter the earnings rate, numbers between 0.1 - 99.9% up to the tenths place.
- No earnings rate: Points will not be accumulated when purchasing the voucher.
- Set the earnings rate for the points that are automatically issued when a purchase gets confirmed
👉 Digital Voucher and Tickets management list
- You can check the list of registered digital vouchers and tickets.
- You can check each products in the [Vouchers] and [Tickets] tabs based on the product type, or [Temporarily saved] tab according to the saved status.
- You can categorize the products by using the search on the right (Product ID search, Product Type selection, Payment type selection and Sales/display status selection).
- When hovering the mouse over the specific product, a [[New window] view My b.stage] button appears, and when clicked, it moves to the link that the customer will actually view.
- From the list, you can check the Standard price for each Payment Type, Sales/display status, Last modified date and Quantity Sold.
