π Physical Products
βοΈ Managing Physical Products
- You can check the list of registered physical products.
- Physical Products are categorized based on the saved status, hence, you can browse [Registered] and [Temporarily saved] tabs.
- You can set filter by using the "Search" feature on the right (Product ID, Sales/display status selection).
- From the list, you can check the Standard price, Sales and display (Exposure) status, Last modified date and Quantity sold of each products.
π Add Physical Products
- To add a physical product, click [Add] button on the top right.
βοΈ Basic Information
- Product name (Required)
- Please enter product name. Product names cannot include emojis. This can cause issues processing shipments.
- You can also add multiple languages. If not entered, it will be presented in the default language.
- Product Thumbnail (Required)
- You can upload at least 1 up to 10 photos.
- If you upload 2 or more images, you can drag them to place them in your preferred order. The first image will be the main image.
- The recommended image size is 800*800px (1:1 ratio), and supports JPG, PNG and GIF file formats up to 5MB
- Detailed description (required)
- If the Shop's corporate country is Korea, E-commerce businesses must notify consumers of the following information in accordance with Article 13, Paragraph 4 of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Please check the information below and enter a detailed explanation for each item.
- β Product Information: You can view the product list and the information that is required to be provided from the Notice on the Provision of Information on Products in Electronic Commerce.
- β Information on transaction conditions. (Ex: information on exchanges/returns and the Customer Service Center)
- Information that needs to be provided differs depending on the product to be sold, so please click here to check the details of the prerequisite for each product.
- You can also add multiple languages. If not entered, it will be presented in the default language.
- Category
- Organize categories to browse products conveniently.
- You need to set a category to display products in the SHOP Home.
- Click [Choose Category] and select a category to connect from the list.
- You can check the Shop Home visibility status of each category through the eye icon on the right.
- Click [Category settings (new window)] to direct to MY STAGE > Shop Home in a new window. After completing the settings, you must click on [Refresh] to reflect the modifications. (e.g. category visibility order, etc.)
- Tag
- Soon, you'll be able to use tags to manage products more efficiently and make it easier for customers to discover them!
βοΈ Product Options
- Please select the product option. You can choose to register with a One option or Multiple Options.
- Product options cannot be modified after product registration. (e.g. One option β Multiple Options / Multiple Options β One option)

Product Price (Required)
β’ Selling Price: Please enter the price of the product you wish to sell.
β’ If you activate [Please enter a fixed price for each currency], a field where you can enter the selling price other than the standard currency will be created.
β’ When proceeding with a discount, first enter the [Selling Price], then click the blank in [Discount Settings] to enter a [Discount price] that is lower than the selling price.
Include taxes in price
β’ If [Include taxes in price] is ON, customers will see the message "Price includes tax". Click once more to turn this feature OFF and hide this message.
β’ We recommend setting sales prices after consulting with a tax expert to determine whether products are subject to or exempt from taxes.
Distribution details
β’ SKU: This is the smallest unit for categorizing products. This will be used for stock (quantity) management. Please enter a simple and intuitive code. You can enter up to 16 characters mixing of uppercase letters, numbers and underscores.
β’ Weight (Required): Shipping fee will be calculated based on weight.
β’ Barcode: If there is a barcode for the product you want to sell, please enter the barcode. You can enter up to 30 characters consisting of uppercase letters and numbers.
β’ Contents: This information will be shown only on invoices for international shipping.
β’ Quantity available: This refers to the number of items that can be sold at this time. Only numbers that are 0 or higher can be entered. When stock reaches 0, it automatically becomes sold out.
β’ Enter additional logistics information (Please be sure to turn this function ON for international shipping).
β’ Product Category: Category of the product you are selling. (Ex. CLOTHING) Please enter only capital letters and spaces.
β’ Manufacturer: Name of the manufacturer of the product you are selling. (Ex. BEMYFRIENDS) Please enter only capital letters and spaces.
β’ HS Code: The HS Code is an iteam classification code that comprehensively classifies foreign trade products according to the international unified commodity classification system. Please enter a code with at least 6 digits. If you click [Search Code], you will be directed to "Customs Law Information Portal" where you can search for and enter the HS Code.
β’ Product Material: The material of the product you are selling. (Ex. LEATHER) Please enter only capital letters and spaces.
β’ Fabric Type: You may select either KNIT or WOVEN if your product includes. Especially for Japanese courier service, you may be asked for fabric information during customs clearance.
β’ Country of Origin: The country of origin of the product you are selling. -
Option Information (Required)
Option Settings
β’ Try adding various options (up to 3), such as size, color, material, etc. Product names cannot include emojis. This can cause issues processing shipments.
β’ Optioin group names can contain up to 20 characters. When adding options, they can be added with the "enter" key.ΰ§Ή You can enter up to 50 characters per option.
ΰ§Ή Duplicate checks are possible only for options in the same option group.
β’ You can add multiple languages by activating [Establish multilingual settings]. If left blank, it will be presented in the default language.
β’ Main: The option with a tick (βοΈ) will be displayed as a main option in the SHOP home.
β’ Visibility: You can modify the visibility by clicking the "eye" icon. Please note that unexposed options cannot be modified, thus, make the option visible first to modify it.

β Make the SKU and barcode the same.
β Enter up to 10 digits or less (The longer the barcode, the higher the chance of a recognition error in the logistics company.)
β Enter the SKU to match the product as much as possible (Ex. bemyfriends T-SHIRT / Black & White options β BMFTBL & BMFTWH, etc.)
β Do not fill in the leading digit with 0 (If the leading digit is entered with 0, the 0 may be automatically erased when converted to the excel file.)

βοΈ Purchase Restrictions
- If a product has no limit, a buyer will be able to purchase all available stock.
- You may impose 3 restrictions:
- Limit the maximum quantity that can be purchased per person.
- By Product: A total of N products can be purchased per person.
- By Option: Each person can purchase only N options of the product.
- Limit the maximum quantity that can be purchased per order.
- N item(s)
- Limit the number of members who can purchase this product. Only customers who purchased the selected membership can purchase the product.
- Limit the maximum quantity that can be purchased per person.
βοΈ Visibility Settings
- Display options: You can choose when to publish the products you want to sell.
- You can specify [Publish now] / [Set time to publish] / [Private] / [Set last date to display].
- If the voucher is set as [Private], it will not be displayed regardless of the [Sales status].
- If you set last date to display, the product would be unexposed on the designated date and time.
- If a product's selling period begins after its display period, it will appear as "Selling Soon" until sales launch.
- Sales status
- Products will appear as "Selling" once the selling period begins, and will be displayed with the message "Sale over" when the selling period ends.
- If a product's selling period begins after its display period, it will appear as "Selling Soon" until sales launch.
- URL settings
- A URL will be created after completing registration. An option to change URLs will be available soon.
βοΈ Shipping Information
- Warehouse Location (Required)
- Please select the warehouse location where the product will be shipped out. If there have been no such locations registered, click [View settings] to add.
- A warehouse's location cannot be changed once set, so please make sure it is correct

- Shipping Policy (Required)
- Please select the shipping policy that is connected to the warehouse location. IF there have been no such policies connected, click [View settings] to add.

- Scheduled Shipments
- A feature for managing scheduled shipments will be coming soon.
βοΈ Additional settings
- Points
- Set the earnings rate for the points that are automatically issued when a purchase gets confirmed.
- Use basic earning rate: Points are accumulated at the earning rate you set when you first set points via SETTINGS > Shopping Settings > Points.
- Set earnings rate manually: You can directly enter the earnings rate, numbers between 0.1 - 99.9% up to the tenths place.
- No earnings rate: Points will not be accumulated when purchasing the voucher.
- Set the earnings rate for the points that are automatically issued when a purchase gets confirmed.
- When all information is entered, click [Register] on the upper right corner to review all the details once more.
- Combination of options and warehouse location cannot be changed once saved. Please check carefully before adding.
- If all inputs are correct, please click [Register] at the bottom right of the pop-up screen.
