You can add notices, manage Pop-up and Pin to top settings.
👉 Create a Notice
- You can create a new notice by clicking the [Add] button.
- If you have selected more than one service language, please fill out all fields (title and contents) in that language. If not entered, it will be displayed in the default language.
- Titles can include up to 100 characters.
- In addition to text, you may insert image, media or links.
✔️ Visibility Settings
- You can specify the visibility status of notices in [Visibility Settings] on the right side of registration page.
- To display at the desired time, click [Set time to publish], click on the calendar icon, and select the date and time. It can be set in incremdents of 5 minutes.
- To set the last date to display, activate [Set last date to display] and select the desired date and time.
- Please note that up to 3 notices can be pinned up.
- If you want to display the notice you created as a pop-up, activate [Present this notice in a pop-up window.] Only one notice can be set to pop up.\
- When all settings are complete, click [Register] in the upper right corner.
✔️ Edit and delete a Notice
- If you click the notice to edit in the notice list, you will be moved to the edit screen.
- After completing the modification, click [Apply] in the upper right corner.
- Click [View more] > [Delete] to delete the notice. Please note that it cannot be recovered after deletion.
👉 Notice management list
- You can manage the notice list via CUSTOMERS > Notices.
- You can check the [Date registered], [Date modified] and [Visibility] status.
- You can also check whether it is currently set as a [Pop-up] or [Pin to top] under [Settings].
✔️ Pop-up settings
- If you need to change the settings, you can click [Pop-up settings] or [Pin to top settings] on the right to modify them.
- You can check the notices currently set as [Pop-up] in the [Pop-up Settings], and click the notice you want to set as [Pop-up]. You can also reset the setting by clicking [Remove].
- After completing the modification, click [Apply] in the upper right corner.
✔️Pin to top settings
- You can check the notices currently set as [Pin to top] in the [Pin to top settings]. Please select the notice you would like to pin to top. You can also reset the setting by clicking [Delete all].
