How to join Eximbay - Business/Corporation

In the case of businesses and corporations, if they meet the screening requirements, they can proceed with a direct contract with the PG company. Domestic and overseas credit card payments are available, and products can be sold more quickly if you proceed with the 1-day open service.

Application Method

  • Business owners and corporations can choose betwen 1-day open service and general open service.
  • In the case of a 1-day open service, product sales can be carried out within a maximum of 7 business days. However, there may be changes in settlement and fees until the contract is officially established, so please double-check all the deatils before proceeding.

Precautions   
  • If you do not pass the review, you may not be able to sell products through b.stage
  • Until you pass the card company review, the sales fees will be charged based on "general" standards regardless of whether you are a small business, hence, you may not receive commission benefits
  • Until you pass the card company review, bemyfriends Co., Ltd. will be shown as the billing name for domestic payments, and Eximbay will be shown for overseas payments

STEP1 :

  • Fill out all information in [SETTINGS > Basic Information].
  • Carefully check and complete the contents of [SETTINGS > Terms and Conditions], including Sales Operation Policy.
  • Enter the business information in [SETTINGS > Design Settings > Footer].
    • For a PG contract, submitting a telemarketing sales report is required.
    • When entering the contact details of Customer Service Center, a mobile phone number is not accepted.
  • Among the Terms and Conditions of [SETTINGS > Design Settings > Footer], "Terms and Conditions", "Privacy Policy" and "Youth Protection Policy" must be completed.

 

STEP2 :

  • Click the Eximbay link and fill out the application.
    • When the application is completed, Eximbay requests inspection and payment of the subscription fee.
    • If you go to the [Inspection] stage, Eximbay will send you an e-contract through the email address of the person in charge.
    • When signing the e-contract, please attach the required documents: Business registration certificate, certified copy of corporate name registration (corporate only), copy of the bank details for settlement)
    • Please submit a signing up request for the guarantee insurance required for Eximbay. (You can apply after signing up for PG, and Eximbay will inform you later. If you do not receive such guidance, please contact Eximbay Customer Center.)
      • Guarantee insurance subscription fee: KRW 10 million (amount might be different depending on the sales volume)
      • Warranty insurance subscription date: The date of application submitted
      • Apply for guarantee insurance

 

STEP3:

  • Go to [SETTINGS > Shop Settings] and click the [Next] button below, "I already signed the contract."
  • Set the SHOP name that will be shown to your fans and click the [Next] button.
  • Select the PG company that you have a contract with. Please fill out the required fields in both Digital and Physical section.
    • Enter the [Payment method] (ex. Credit card) for one-time and recurring payments.
    • Currencies cannot be changed once the SHOP is open. Therefore, those who intend to proceed with global sales should select both KRW and USD.

Process differs for each service

1-day open service  General open service
Enter the MID and Secret Key that you received from Eximbay for one-time and recurring payments respectively.

Please contact b.stage Customer Service to enter the MID and Secret Key for the card company review for one-time and recurring payments.

  • E-mail subject: Requesting information for PG Setup (General open service)
  • After setting up the exchange rate, click the [Next] button.
  • Select whether to use points and fill out the required fields.
    • You may change the name of the points, units and basic earnings rate later, however, you will not be able to change the points expiration period. 
  • Please review the items that require member's consent upon payment. (Information on collecting and using personal information & Terms and conditions of payment service)
  • When all settings are complete, click [Request a review].

 

STEP4:

  • b.stage will conduct an internal review. This might take up to 5 business days.
  • When b.stage finishes the review, the approval details will be sent to the email address of the admin account who requested it.

 

STEP5: 

  • Go to [SETTINGS > Shop Settings] and following the steps below:
    • Change the SHOP to "Public".
    • Change the "Sponsorships" to "Don't use" during the card company review.
    • Read the "Terms and conditions of payment service" and edit it according to your operational policy.
  • Go to [PRODUCTS > Digital Vouchers & Tickets] to register the voucher that must be reviewed.
    • There must be both one-time and recurring payments vouchers to be reviewed. Please register 1 Subscription Voucher and 1 Limited-time Voucher, respectively.
    • You must enter all details as actual sales information, including the price, descriptions and cancellation and refund policies.
    • For the voucher name, please use "Recurring payment voucher" for Subscription Voucher and "1-month voucher" for Limited-time Voucher.
  • Go to [CONTENT > Posts / Videos / Story] and add 5 Paid Contents.
    • Click [Add > Select whether Uploaded video or Paid post], then click on the [Connect a membership / voucher / ticket] at the top right.
    • Clearly indicate that the paid content by entering [Paid] at the beginning of the title.
    • Behind cuts (videos and photos) and behind stories are recommended for Paid Content.
    • Please select "Publish now" as a visibility status.
  • Please register 2 Physical Products via PRODUCTS > Physical Products.
    • The visibility has to be [Publish now].
    • All details must be entered the same as actual physical product that you will register later.

 

STEP6:

  • When all product settings are ready for the card company review, please submit a request to Eximbay.
  • You might be asked to supplement the b.stage if it does not meet the pre-requisite of card company review.
  • The card company review takes about 2-3 weeks.

Process differs for each service

1-day open service Gerneral open service

 

Starting from when the card company review is completed, you will be charged franchise fees.     

  • When Eximbay completes the card company review without issues, you will receive a new MID and Secret Key via e-mail.
  • Please go to [SETTINGS > Shop Settings > Payment Methods > Eximbay], and enter the above new MID and Secret Key for both one-time and recurring payments.
  • If you enter the incorrect value, there will be issues during the settlement, hence, make sure to enter the correct values.

The following documents are required for Alipay Plus review.

• Copy of Corporate Registration (issued within the last 3 months)
• Copy of Corporate Seal Certificate (issued within the last 3 months)
• Documents confirming the Actual Owner (Shareholder list, Articles of incorporation, Board of directors list, Investor list, etc.) → Copy with Corporate Seal

Precautions for Business/Corporation PG Registration

[General Open Service]

  • Before signing up for the service, please check if all the settings are completed and that you have all the necessary documents to submit when requested.
  • If you do not satisfy the following conditions or if a test product is registered, you may be disqualified during the card company review.
  • The PG Review may be denied depending on the industry or content type listed below.
    • If you are conducting business in an industry where credit cards cannot be used, you will not be able to sign up. Please make sure to double-check it.
  • The settlement period is 1 week for domestic payments and 3 weeks for overseas payments, respectively.


[1-day Open Service]

  • Until you pass the card company review, bemyfriends Co., Ltd. will be shown as the billing name for domestic payments, and Eximbay will be shown for overseas payments
  • Although the payment services are available immediately after the PG registration, settlements will be calculated after the attachment of electronic contract and the copy of bank details.
  • If you do not pass the review, you may not be able to sell products through b.stage.
  • Until you pass the card company review, the sales fees will be charged based on "general" standards regardless of whether you are a small business, hence, you may not receive commission benefits

    • Adult pornography (Adult comics, etc.), Adult websites (Adult content), Adult entertainment recruitment, lottery number generation services, matchmaking (Relationship consultations) and in-person meeting services
  • Adult products
    • Excluding condoms, pheromone perfume, gels
    • Adult lingerie, Alcoholic drinks excluding traditional liquor, Cigarettes, Electronic cigarettes including liquids and supplies
  • Gambling and fortune-telling services, etc.
    • Speculative games, game items, chats, auctions, bidding, horse racing, cycle racing, and other gambling-related services, talisman/divination/naming, horoscope, fortune-telling (KRW 500,000 won or more). Charging (more than KRW 100,000 won) 
  • Hazardous items
    • Toy guns (Review can only be conducted if information that only KC-certified toys are being sold on the website), guns, swords, weapons excluding toys, industries that require trade restrictions according to social norms (drugs, etc.), military uniforms and military equipment (military supplies)
  • Financial products, gift certificates, etc.
