Can I process a refund to the customer if they have not viewed any membership-only contents?

If the customer's order status is [Order Complete], the customer can cancel the order directly from [MY > Order History].

  • Purchase will be confirmed once the content has been viewed or if 7 days have passed since payment.
    • Customers cannot revoke their purchase after it has been confirmed.
  • However, b.stage admin accounts are allowed to cancel orders even if they are in [Purchase Confirmed] status.
