πŸ‘‰ Manage Lounge

  • You can check the list of registered Lounges. (This page is accessible only to admin users with higher-level permissions: Head Admin, Admin and Operator.) Higher-level administrators can view and configure all created Lounges.
  • You can categorize the Lounges by using the search on the right (Lounge ID search, Star Nickname selection, and Visibility selection).
  • The list displays key information for each Lounge, including its thumbnail, Lounge Name, Lounge ID, Connected Star, Visibility status, and a [Lounge Cover Settings] button. You can click on the Lounge Name to access its detailed information page.

πŸ’‘ Display order settings

β‘  You can customize the lounge display order.

β‘‘ To change the order, drage the [⁝⁝] icon for the relevant Lounge or use the up and down arrows for [Send to top] or [Send to bottom] in the [Visibility] column on the right.

 

πŸ‘‰ Add Lounge

  • You can create up to 20 Lounges.
  • By clicking the [Add] button, you can add a new Lounge.

     

βœ”οΈ Basic settings for Lounge

  • Lounge Name (required): Enter the Lounge Name that will be displayed to customers. You can enter up to 30 characters.
    • It is possible to add multiple languages, and if not entered, it will be presented in the default language. 

 

  • Lounge ID (required): This unique Lounge ID will appear in the URL. It cannot be changed once created, so choose carefully.
    • Enter 2 to 30 characters, with only lowercase letters, numbers, and dashes (β€˜-’). Hyphens cannot be used at the beginning or end of the ID.
    • Example: bemyfriends, be-myfriends

 

  • Thumbnail (required): The thumbnail image that appears in the Lounge list.
    • The recommended image size is 1500*1500px (1:1 ratio), and supports JPG and PNG file formats up to 5MB.

 

  • Star Settings: Set a star account to connect to the Lounge. Multiple Stars can be connected, and there is no limit to the number of connections. However, Stars that are alreaday connected to another language cannot be set.

 

βœ”οΈ Home Settings

  • Lounge Cover: Manage the image, logo, and description at the top of the Lounge home. You can set these after creating the Lounge.

πŸ’‘ Lounge Cover Settings

β‘  The set up and functionality are almost identical to the "Brand Cover" settings of a custom page.

β‘‘ Default Settings: No sections are pre-created, so you need to add them manually.

β‘’ Add Section: Other than the Brand Cover section, no additional sections are provided. Only one Brand Cover section can be added (Duplication or multiple additions are not allowed.)

β‘£ Delete Section: Sections can be deleted if needed.

β‘€ Social Links: Social Links are not provided.

  • Lounge Menu: The Star Stories, Content, and Community menus appear as tabs, and you can change their names, visibility, and order.

 

  • Display options: Select the Lounge's visibility. If enabled, it will appear in 'My Lounge' and the full Lounge list.

βœ”οΈ MY B.STAGE > Custom Page

  • To display the Lounges that you have added, you must first add the "My Lounge" section within the Custom Page.

 

➑️ My Lounge

    • Section Title: You can enter the title of the respective section (up to 100 characters)
      • This will be shown only in default language if left blank.
    • Padding: You can move the button to add margin at the top or bottom.
    • Content Align: You can set the alignment of content elements (left/center/right).
    • Background
      • You can enable settings for mobile and PC separately to upload different cover images.
      • Click the [Upload] button to directly upload an image, or use [Unsplash] to search and add images. Unsplash is a website that provides high-resolution photos with free-to-use licenses.
      • It supports file formats such as JPG, PNG, and GIF, up to a maximum of 10MB in size.
      • Enhance visibility of contents by applying overlay effect. You can apply a solid color (with transparency) or a gradient effect.
      • When you click on [Color], you can configure the color settings.

 

➑️ Feed - Item 

  • Lounge: Additional filters for Lounges are provided.

 

➑️ Horizontal/Vertical List - Item

  • When selecting content via Horizontal/Vertical List Section > Item > Import > Content, you can veiw content marked as "No Lounge" as well as content from all Lounges.
    • Content from [Private] Lounges can also be viewed and selected.

➑️ Curation Section

  • You can view the content of all Lounges, including "No Lounge" content.
  • Content from [Private] Lounges can also be viewed and selected.

 

➑️ Content Layout

  • Add section > Content list: Lounge filters are additionally provided.
    • [Private] Lounge: Can be viewed and selected.
    • Select Lounge: Only one Lounge can be selected at a time.
    • Selected content: Content that meets the specified conditions will be displayed using an AND filter.

 

βœ”οΈ Content > Posts / Videos / Story, Surveys / Polls, Live Streaming

  • Content List: The Lounge Names connected to each piece of content, including "No Lounge", will be displayed.
  • Content from [Private] Lounges is also available.
  • Content created before Lounge activation is automatically assigned the "No Lounge" attribute unless it is manually edited.

 

  • Add/Modify Content: When adding or modifying content, the option to select a Lounge is provided.
    • You must select one option from either "No Lounge" or the list of available Lounges.
    • Content can be edited regardless of the Lounge's visibility settings.

 

βœ”οΈ CUSTOMERS > Members Accounts

  • Lounge information for Lounges that the member has joined is displayed.
  • Download Excel file
    • Lounge information for Lounges that the member has joined is provided. (In case of multiple Lounges, it is separated by commas (,).)
    • The language used in the download reflects the admin's language settings at the time of the download.
    • If the member has not joined any Lounges, the field will be displayed as blank.

 

βœ”οΈ SETTINGS > Admin Accounts

  • Invite Admin
    • Invite Content Manager: When inviting Content Manager, you must select at least one Lounge (Multiple selections are allowed.)

 

  • Modify Admin Authorities
    • Existing Admins, Operators, and Onsite operators can have their authorities modified to Content Manager.
    • When selecting the Content Manager role, you must select at least one Lounge. (Multiple selections are allowed.)

  • Tag and Curation Section: Not provided.
  • Content List and Banner: The Content List and Banner set on this page are displayed in the Home > Content Tab of the currently selected Lounge.

  • The content and functionality provided here are identical to those in the Higher-Level Admins' "MY B.STAGE > Community".
  • The boards configured on this page are displayed in the Home > Community Tab of the currently selected Lounge.
  • Download Excel File: Not available within the Lounge's Community page. (This feature is only available from the Higher-Level Admin page.)

 

βœ”οΈ Content > Posts / Videos / Story

  • The content list displays Lounge information, including "No Lounge" and the names of individual Lounges connected to each piece of content.
  • Only the content connected to the currently selected Lounge is displayed.
  • When adding or modifying content, the Lounge selection option is fixed to the currently selected Lounge and cannot be changed.

  • When you access Surveys / Polls via Lounge, the [Download as Excel file] feature is not available on the "Results" page.
