Organize categories by hierarchy to display products in a structured way. You can set up to 40 main categories, and the total number of categories (including main categories) can be up to 200.
👉 Add Categories
- Basic category: Create categories that link to the basic collection.
- Purchase permission category: Create categories that link to the purchase permission collection.
- [Visible on Shop]: Indicates that a main category has a featured collection linked to it, which will be displayed on the Shop Home. This means the main category is currently set to “Publish now”.
- [Collection]: Indicates that a collection is linked to a category, which will be shown when the category is clicked. This applies when the collection is connected to the lowest-level category and that category is set to “Publish now”.
- [Purchase permission]: Indicates that the category is registered as a Purchase permission category.

① You can adjust the top-level category order.
② Items are displayed in the order they were added. Drag & drop to rearrange, and save to apply changes instantly. (Manage subcategory order in the category detail page.)

Link a Collection to a category to display your products, or customize a category detail page.
- Collection settings for shop display
- Choose a main collection to display on the Shop Home. If not set, the top-level category won’t appear.
- Category name
- You can enter up to 20 characters. It is possible to add multiple languages, and if not entered, it will be presented in the default language.
- Thumbnail: Add a category thumbnail for display in the Shop Home and navigation popup. (If not added, the first letter of the category name will be shown. This can only be set for top-level categories.)
- The recommended image size is 800*800px (1:1 ratio, displayed as a circle), and supports JPG, PNG, and GIF file formats up to 5MB.
- Link to products: Set the collection to be displayed on the category detail page.
- When a collection is linked, its products will be displayed in the final subcategory.
- URL settings: A URL will be created after completing registration.
- Banner: Showcase events or products with a banner. If you add at least two, they’ll slide every 3 seconds in the order. (This can only be set for top-level categories.)
- Please make sure to register at least two final display banners, taking scheduled display times into account. If fewer than two are registered, the banner area will not be shown.
- Visibility: Please select the visibility status of the category. The visibility setting of a parent category is automatically applied to its subcategories.
- Example: If the parent category is hidden → the subcategories will also be hidden.
💡 Move & Delete
• You can reorder categories by dragging and dropping them within the category panel on the left. Moving categories between different hierarchy levels is not allowed, but you can move them under a different parent category as a subcategory.
• To delete a category, click the [...] > Delete button on the right side of the category. (The delete option is only enabled when the category has no subcategories.)
