Schedule

With Schedule, not only you can share your schedule with your fans, but utilize it in various ways such as announcing content and product release date!

Setting up labels

• You can categorize your schedule with labels (up to 10) and adjust the order of exposure. (Deleting the label doesn't make the event disappear, you can still see it in the schedule.)

ⓐ Click [Click the add] of blue color and select the desired color.
ⓑ Please enter a name for the label. You may establish multilingual settings, and if left blank, it will be shown in the default language.

• The selected color and entered name can both be changed later.
• You can enter up to 20 characters including spaces.
• You can set the label color theme by clicking on [Change the color theme].

ⓒ When setting is complete, click the [View settings] button.

Add a schedule

• Click [Add a schedule] on the right.
• Title (required)
  • Please enter a title for the event. You may establish multilingual settings, and if left blank, it will be shown in the default language.
  • You can enter up to 150 characters including spaces.
• Date & Time (required)
  • Please select the date to add a schedule. Dates in the past can also be selected.
  • Please select a start time for the schedule. You can select in 10 minute increments.
  • When [All day] is selected, only the date needs to be specified.
  • When [End date & time] is selected:
    • Date: The start date is automatically selected.
    • Time: Start time +1 hour is automatically selected.
    • Schedules are added based on the current browser time zone.
• Label
  • If there is a label that has been set up, click the drop-down list and select the desired lable.
  • If there is no label that has been set up, click [View settings] to add a label.
• Access URL
  • Please enter a URL if there is one to connect to. To open the entered URL in a new window, turn on [Open in new window] button.
• Select stars
  • You can select and expose participants (Star accounts) of the schedule. You can set up a Star account by clicking [Setting up (new window)].

• Main Text
  • You can enter a description for the schedule. You may establish multilingual settings, and if left blank, it will be shown in the default language.
    • You can enter up to 1000 characters.

Calendar view

• When [Today] is clicked, it moves to the calendar view of today's date.
• Click [All ▼] to filter by All / Added Labels (registration order) / No label.
• Added schedules are exposed in the following order:
  • All day: Exposed on the top
  • General Schedule: Exposed in ascending order by schedules' start time
  • If there are more than 5 schedules within a day, the [View "n" more] option is displayed

• You must make the schedule public so that all of your fans can see an event in your schedule. Please turn ON the private button at the top.
• Fans can view the registered schedule in both list view and calendar view, depends on their choice.
