Create dynamic content categorized by topic. You can organize content into series with section titles and banners.
π Tag Section
- Tags in the Content Home act as categories. Please create a tag section to ensure easy access to the content you want users to see.
- Please enter all the tags you want to add (Space bar and Enter). You can add up to 20 tags.
- To adjust the order of registered tags, click [Adjust order] on the right hand side.
- If you do not wish to use the tag feature, please inactivate the button.
π Curation Section
- You can designate which content you want to pin to the top. Try to suggest that customers view content on a subject of your choice.
- If you do not wish to use the curation feature, please inactivate the button.
βοΈ Curation settings
- By clicking [Curation settings], you can pin the content you want to highlight to the top.
- Please enter a name for your curation. This can be a good way to build content like a series.
- If you select the content to be pinned on the top among the currently published content on the left, it automatically moves to the [Selected content] area on the right.
- You can change the display order by hovering over a specific content and dragging the ββ icon, or by clicking the [Send to top] and [Send to bottom] buttons.
- You also can click the wastebasket icon to delete the content and move it to the left area.
π Content Home Layout
- Customize your Content Home with as many as 20 sections. Sections currently support either content lists or banners.
- Once you set the type of content section (Content list or Banner), the newly registered content that meets the preset type and condition will be automatically added to the corresponding section without additional settings.

- Content Settings
- The section will display content that corresponds to the filters applied. Content added later will be updated if it meets the conditions.
- Enter the section title by clicking [Please enter a name for your section (required)]. You can also add multiple languages. If not entered, it will be displayed in the default language.
- Please select the type of the content you want: [All] / [Uploaded videos] / [Embedded videos] / [Posts] / [Survey only].
- You can currently add up to 3 tags. Support for more tags will be added soon. Please separate tags with commas.
- Currently, sorting is only possible by newest order.
- If you click [Add filter], filtered contents will be displayed on the [Selected content] area. Click [Remove all filters] to reset all applied filters.
- When all settings are complete, click [Save] on the upper right corner.
βοΈ Banner
- Banners can be registered for each service language. Banners in an unregistered language will appear in the default language.
- The recommended image size is 960*960 pixels or more, and JPG, PNG, and GIF file formats of up to 10MB are supported.
- If you would like to add a title/subtitle to the banner, you must upload an image first. Then, enter the [Title] / [Subtitle] shown aboe the uploaded image (up to 20 and 30 characters respectively).
- You can change the title alignment, and the text color with the edit tool available below the banner image.
- Access URL (required): Please insert an URL to redirect the users upon clicking.
- Actiavate [Open in new window] if you wish to redirect the users in new window.
- Visibility Settings
- You can specify [Publish now] / [Set time to publish] / [Private] / [Set last date to display].
- If you set last date to display, the banner would be unexposed on the designated date and time.
- When all settings are complete, click [Save] on the upper right corner.
- If you need to edit a previously registered section, you can click [Content Settings] or [Banner Settings] on the right side of the section to make modifications.
- If you need to change the display order, click and drag the left ββ icon that appears when you mouse over the section.
- If all settings are completed, be sure to click [Apply] on the upper right corner to complete the application to the actual service.
